The press secretary of Roskomnadzor Vadim Ampelonsky confirmed that Twitter can really be blocked in Russia. He reported this on the air of the Radio Echo of Moscow .

He noted that the company categorically refuses to comply with the requirements of Roskomnadzor and the General Prosecutor's Office to remove extremist content.
