The emergency occurred on Bartholomeev Street. There were rumors that an explosion occurred, but they were not confirmed. As it turned out, during the crimping broke through the heating main pipe. The water stream under the huge pressure rushed up, easily knocked out the windows, and the water flooded the apartments from the fifth floor up to the basement.

At the site of the pipe breakthrough, a huge hole was formed with a diameter of a few meters. The pressure was such that he rewound through the roof. “I dumbfounded when I saw how the water floods the apartment, on both sides. I have windows over the courtyard and on the roadway. The roar around, it’s scary! But we were still lucky, people were ragged so that they are now scooping up water,” said a resident of the house of Ekaterina.

The basement of the building, where the hairdresser was located, completely flooded. In addition, at least seven cars were injured. Four of them were parked at the house from Bartholomeev, and three cars stood in the courtyard of the house, where water flew. Most cars require body repair, all - replacement of glasses.

The representative of Lukoil, who arrived at the scene of the accident, told Donnews.ru that his organization conducted a testing of the system. The owner of one of the cars said that he and the other victims had already written statements to the police. "But we immediately warned us that there would be no criminal case, since there was no malicious intent. So then we will have to sue Lukoil. How long it would take, no one knows."
