At the site of the pipe breakthrough, a huge hole was formed with a diameter of a few meters. The roar around, it’s scary! But we were still lucky, people were ragged so that they are now scooping up water,” said a resident of the house of Ekaterina.

The representative of Lukoil, who arrived at the scene of the accident, told Donnews.ru that his organization conducted a testing of the system. The owner of one of the cars said that he and the other victims had already written statements to the police.
