Konstantinov’s case again entered the Chertanovsky District Court of Moscow

The criminal case against the leader of the defense League of Moscow Daniil Konstantinov, who was focused on the murder, was again received by the Chertanovsky court of Moscow. This was reported by RAPSI with reference to the press service of the court.

On April 28, investigator Smirnov, leading the Politsyk case, at a meeting in the district court announced the completion of the case . At the hearings, two complaints of Politzek’s lawyers about Smirnov’s inaction were to be considered. However, since the investigator once again submitted the originals of the necessary documents, the judge postponed the meeting. Previously, hearings on other complaints of lawyers were postponed.

Konstantinov is under arrest from March 22, 2012. The case against him was opened under part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code (murder), which provides for up to 15 years in the colony. Politsyk is charged with the murder of 24-year-old Alexei Temnikov. According to the prosecution, on December 3, 2011 near the metro station of Academician Yangel Konstantinov, Temnikov hit Temnikov with a knife several times.

Meanwhile, Politzek has an indisputable Alibi: at the time of the murder, he celebrated his mother’s birthday in a restaurant at the other end of the city, which is confirmed by testimony.

In the factory of the case, Konstantinov accused the TSPE operatives, explaining that in this way they took revenge on his refusal to cooperate.

In the course of the process, which was held from June to December 2013, the prosecutor demanded 10 years of strict regime for Politzec. However, on December 26, the judge of the Chertanovsky District Court Galina Turkinareturned the case of Konstantinov for a investigation . Later, the Moscow City Court extended the arrest of Konstantinov until May 29 .
