The Ukrainian businessman, owner of the Capital Management Holding Rinat Akhmetov, called on employees of enterprises to protest against the authorities of the self -proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, reports Lenta.ru.
"Tell me, please, who knows at least one representative of this DPR in the Donbass? What did they do for our region, what jobs created?" - Akhmetov asks in his appeal . In his opinion, supporters of the unrecognized republic only "go with machine guns" to the cities of Donbass, looting and capturing civilians.
The reason for the appeal of the oligarch was to control supporters of the DPR of the Donetsk Railway. He also pointed to a tense situation in Mariupol, where the militants were preparing to shoot a peaceful action of protest from machine guns.
The owner of SKM called on all labor groups to go on Tuesday for a "warning protest at the place of work." The rally, according to him, will begin at noon with a beep, "which will sound at all enterprises of the Donbass in support of peace and against bloodshed," said Akhmetov.
The billionaire promised that "until the world is established," every day at 12 o’clock "such a beep will be heard throughout Donbass." He also called for joining this action "all motorists, all the patriots of" Donbass.
Earlier, the SKM group made a statement about its support for "a single, holistic and independent Ukraine."
