Dear editors!
It is amazing how our other citizens, sometimes quite in solid positions, are prone to scandals and shocking. Of course, I do not mean national traitors from the fifth column, for whom scandals are the path of working of thirty silver. No, I mean quite respectable citizens, sometimes even members of our leading and guiding party.
Another example of such worthless scandalism was revealed to us last week. The notorious deputy of the State Duma, Vladimir Bur-Matov, once again collapsed with attacks on the Ministry of Education and Science. He stated that he sent a request to law enforcement agencies with a request to investigate the costs of his “beloved” Ministry of PR. According to information agencies, Vladimir Burmatov said the following: “According to sociological surveys, the Ministry of Education and Science, citizens of Russia are recognized as the most ineffective over and over again. Its leader Dmitry Livanov occupies the last lines in the ratings of the popularity of ministers. That is, people whose interests of the Ministry of Education, relating to the so -called "social bloc" of the government, which means that the closest to people should work, put a solid "two" for work over and over again. This situation has already become commonplace. ” To correct this situation, the ministry began to improve its image at the expense of budget funds. According to Burmato-Va, in two years, the department spent more than 400 million rubles on PR.
What can you say? One could expect such philistine conversations from ordinary people, but not from responsible people, deputies. After all, what is the main problem of perceiving by the population of the work of our ministries and departments? In trivial non -information about her!
Take for example our favorite Ministry of Education and Science. The opinion of the society about it is compiled on the basis that each specific layman sees what acquaintances tell him, i.e. on subjective perception and rumors. Since we are lazy and unfamiliar, we rarely turn to objective, proven, official sources of information.
And as a result, this is what: the ministry is preparing the most useful programs and initiatives, and we do not know anything about them, continuing to compile our opinion about the work of the ministry in the situation in the school where our children go, at the situation at the university where we work. Therefore, I think the ministry is extremely correct when it allocates money to report to the public information about its useful activity.
Indeed, ordinary citizens and the state as a whole are regularly engaged in the same, in fact. Let's say we, scientists, having received some results, do not bury them on our computer, but in every possible way try to convey information about them to the scientific community.
And on a state scale, the country's leadership seeks to constantly inform the people about their work and their achievements through all the main television channels. In addition, it is engaged in, so to speak, PR of the highest order.
The accession of Crimea to Russia is a great example of such a PR. After all, the situation in the economy is very difficult, the imperialist environment, dissatisfied with the independent policy of Russia, is trying in every possible way to put the sticks in the wheels, hoping that the deterioration of the economic situation of our people will lead to an increase in dissatisfaction with the government and the president. And then the brilliant move is our Crimea! The rating of Vladimir Vladimirovich is storming new heights, and people understand that it is not a person who is alive with bread, that there are more important values than money in their pockets - collecting the Russian world and all that other. And it costs a super-Pir is very expensive, not at all 400 million, but well, if 400 billion in the coming years. So there is nothing to blame the ministry!
As everyone knows, I like to ask various scientific, socio-political and even philosophical issues. The latter also refers to the question, what is our life? In the literature there are different answers - theater, game ... However, I risk complementing the classics and giving another answer: our whole life is PR.
