The Criminal Executive Code, she noted, admits the transfer of the patient to compulsory psychiatric treatment on an outpatient basis, if the administration of a psychiatric hospital in court will intercede in court. At the same time, Ksenia Kosenko added, from April 25, when the Politsyk was taken to a psychiatric hospital, he does not receive any therapy except what he received before arrest, living at home and periodically visiting the doctor.
“There were no conflicts and difficult situations with other patients and medical staff, as well as during the entire stay in the pre -trial detention center, it was recorded, which indicates his stable psychological state, despite the events and circumstances that have surrounded him over the past two years,” the appeal emphasized.
Ksenia Kosenko assured that the rehabilitation of her brother "will help leading specialists of Russian and European clinics, and this will bring an incomparably greater effect than the content in the hospital."

The lawyers of the "Swamp Prisoner" insisted on revising the decision, referring to the presence of typos and semantic errors in his text. They filed a number of petitions for re -consideration of evidence. All petitions were rejected.
