
The Ombudsman Ella Pamfilova connected to the problem of the "swamp prisoner" of Mikhail Kosenko, sent by the court to the psychiatric hospital. This was reported by Gazeta.ru. According to Pamfilova, the president of the independent psychiatric association of Russia Yuri Savenko, who considers the Politzeck in the hospital, addressed it to her unreasonable. “We met with Savenko, I am already doing this,” said the Ombudsman. Pamfilova added that she would try to influence the situation.
Savenko, for his part, told the publication that he suggested Pamfilova to form a group of independent experts from different organizations, including from the NPA he headed, and conduct a second examination of Kosenko.
The employee of the Center for Judicial Psychiatry named after Serbian Sofu Oskolkov, who headed the expert commission who recognized Kosenko as insane and at the same time did not mind his contents in jail, Savenko accused of "irresponsibility". In order to give an idea of the logic of Oskolkova, the President of the NPA spoke about her recent report “Schizophrenia and the loss of spiritual freedom”, made at the Russian-Khorvat conference on spiritual psychiatry. “It sounded an amazing, completely sensational opening of Flazkova,” said Savenko. “She quotes the Apostle Paul and, on the basis of two or three lines, concludes that this manifestation of Kandinsky syndrome, that is, the most characteristic of schizophrenia of the syndrome.”
Vladimir Voronin, chief physician of the 5th Psykholnitsa of Moscow in the village of Troitskoye, Chekhovsky district of the Moscow Region, which contains Kosenko, told the publication that he was not objecting to the early examination of the politicalese. “Already examined - we examined it again,” the psychiatrist promised. He added that "in general, there was no problem with Kosenko."

According to the President of the NPA, he met with Pampilova last week. Meanwhile, already this week, on May 19, the sister of the "Swamp Prisoner" Ksenia Kosenko turned to Vladimir Putin with a request to help with the transfer of a politicalese from inpatient treatment to an outpatient clinic. The Criminal Executive Code, she noted, admits the transfer of the patient to compulsory psychiatric treatment on an outpatient basis, if the administration of a psychiatric hospital in court will intercede in court. At the same time, Ksenia Kosenko added, from April 25, when the Politsyk was taken to a psychiatric hospital, he does not receive any therapy except what he received before arrest, living at home and periodically visiting the doctor.
“There were no conflicts and difficult situations with other patients and medical staff, as well as during the entire stay in the pre -trial detention center, it was recorded, which indicates his stable psychological state, despite the events and circumstances that have surrounded him over the past two years,” the appeal emphasized.
Ksenia Kosenko assured that the rehabilitation of her brother "will help leading specialists of Russian and European clinics, and this will bring an incomparably greater effect than the content in the hospital."

The lawyers of the "Swamp Prisoner" insisted on revising the decision, referring to the presence of typos and semantic errors in his text. They filed a number of petitions for re -consideration of evidence. All petitions were rejected.
Moskalenko issued her decision on October 8, 2013 . Having found the Politzke guilty, she freed him from responsibility and sent him to a general psychiatric hospital. Kosenko was charged with part 2 of Article 212 (participation in the riots) and part 2 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of dangerous violence to a representative of the authorities).
