The number of victims during the breakthrough of hot water in Krasnoyarsk increased to 11

The number of victims in a communal accident in Krasnoyarsk increased to 11 people, two of them are in serious condition. This was announced by ITAR-TASS, head of the resuscitation department of the regional clinical hospital Vladimir Matskevich.

According to him, we are talking about a girl and a woman, they have 30 and 10 percent of the body's surface burns, and they are in shock.

On the afternoon of May 22, a hot water supply pipeline broke through in Krasnoyarsk on Vavilov Street. A minibus fell into the formed pit, in the cabin of which, according to various sources, were from 15 to 20 people. As a result of the accident, 11 passengers were injured, of which five are adolescents aged 16-17 years. They received thermal burns and cuts.

The preliminary cause of the accident, the specialists of the Siberian generating company call the wear of the pipeline, which was laid in 1976.
