The irritation that the Russian officials experienced after the frank statements of the heir to the British throne is understandable. From the point of view of the intending to rule Russia forever Vladimir Putin, all these Obama, Merkel, Hollandes and other Barrosa are temporary workers who did not even think of up to three terms and power infinity. But Prince Charles is already a serious problem. This is almost an equal to Putin, this is almost Dmitry Medvedev, respectfully waiting for the line at the throne. And it may turn out that there will be no Obam with the Hollandes, and the prince will be the king of the UK - and, looking into the calm eyes of the British infinity, the Kremlin infinity will remember how her, the hope of anti -fascism and the embodiment of chastity, was compared with Hitler. Disgusting!
But you should not be surprised at the words of the prince either. Representatives of the Royal Family of Great Britain are known for not climbing in a pocket for a word. Yes, they do not retreat from etiquette at official ceremonies, they are perfectly brought up and know exactly what suit to appear in the temple, and in which dinner, they have their own views on the world. And they are not afraid to express them, because the prince who is preparing for the role of the British monarch is actually eternity. Not invented, not backed up by the Russians, not invented by Dima Kiselev and other propaganda evil spirits, but substantiated by all British history and tradition. A tradition that implies that a well -educated monarch is able to speak in the voice of his compatriots. These compatriots who survived the Second World War and for almost two years fought with the aggressor alone - while in Moscow they shared the world with the Fuhrer and supplied his comrades from the Reich with food and raw materials - it seemed that the actions of the Russian president were too reminiscent of the tactics of the German Reich Scancler. And Prince Charles simply said about this to his interlocutors - as any other Briton who watches TV would say, reads newspapers and has his head on his shoulders. It also has a conscience.
Tony Blair once wrote that the prince is surprisingly combined with traditional and radical. It was this combination that manifested itself in a statement about Putin - on the one hand, the traditional respect for the opinion of the British, which sooner or later becomes the opinion of the royal family, on the other - a radical assessment without abode: Hitler and Hitler. But it was this combination that made Prince Charles a man who over the years won the respect of the British. For Putin and his associates, this is generally not clear: why gain respect if you are already born the future king? But it is precisely when you are born to the future king, you can make a choice in favor of responsibility to fellow citizens. This responsibility, this respect for people is the capital that Britain made Britain, which is much more important than the exploitation of the low instincts of the crowd, familiar to the Kremlin. But such operation is always from the poverty of her own spirit. And sooner or later a prince appears, who speaks out loud about this poverty.
