The annual festival of electronic music "Cazantip", which has been held in Crimea since the beginning of the 1990s, will be held in Georgia this year.
“The reasons for the impossibility of holding an event in Crimea are not dependent on the organizers - these are changes in the state system and the legislative framework that make it impossible to exist the project itself, at least this year,” the festival website said.
In early April, a representative of the Federal Service of the Russian Federation for Drug Turnover said that the FSKN would, if necessary, will conduct raids on Cazantip, "since Crimea is now the territory of the Russian Federation."
On the Cazantip website, the deadlines and the venue of the festival are published - it will be held from August 20 to 30 in the new resort city of Anaklia on the Black Sea.
The organizer and ideologist of Kazantip, Nikita Marshunok, called the anaclium an ideal place for the festival, reports Gazeta.ru . According to him, this region is developing rapidly, and the Cazantip festival will give this development even greater dynamism.
