According to Sergei Vlasov, the coordinator of the Rosuznik project, who is engaged in the help of the accused in the “swamp case”, there is a list of people who, according to the investigation, participated in the mass riots who allegedly took place on Bolotnaya, and they need to carry out appropriate actions, even though they will immediately fall under amnesty.
