Witnesses of the prosecution on the process of civil activist Sergei Mokhnatkin, who is charged with an attack on police officers, are confused in the testimony. This was reported by Kasparov.ru after the next meeting in the case in the Tver District Court of Moscow.

An employee of the 2nd operational regiment of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the capital, Sergei Trepalin, said that Mokhnatkina was delivered to the car carrier and Kirill Kula. Meanwhile, in the testimony given by the investigation, Trepalin claimed that Mokhnatkina was led to a car carrier, Colonel Sergei Shorin, who was undergoing the victims.

Judge Alexei Stekliev asked the policeman to explain the contradiction in the testimony. Trepalin explained that Shorin really led to the detainee’s bus, while Ageev and the doll “were waiting for a car carrier and helped to deliver Mokhnatkin.” The policeman added that he personally did not see the delivery of the activist to the car Zakak, and gave the testimony from the words of his colleague Tatyana Grigorenko - the second victim in the case.

Meanwhile, the doll, interrogated after, confirmed that it was Shorin who was led by Mokhnatkina. At the same time, the policeman noted, the activist grabbed the colonel by the ear and hit twice. In addition, he added a doll, Mokhnatkin, standing on the steps of a car carrier, hit Grigorenko's face. At the same time, the policeman failed to explain exactly where Grigorenko was, although he claimed that he had seen the moment of the blow.

In addition, in the testimony given by the investigation that were announced at the request of the defendant, the doll stated that Mokhnatkin hit Shorin only once.

The policeman Ageev, interrogated after the doll, also gave testimonies that diverged with what he said during the investigation. In particular, during the investigation, Ageev stated that the activist shouted slogans before the detention. At the trial, he said that he did not know whether the accused actively participated in the action took.

Lawyer Viktor Viktorov, defending Mokhnatkina for its intended purpose, tried to refute the accusation of the defendant attacking Grigorenko, proving that the activist hit her accidentally when he was dismissed from the police. During the interrogation of Ageev, it really turned out that the activist at the time of the attack was imputed by him was sitting to Grigorenko with his back and did not see her.

Anton Gumin said later the policeman of the 2nd opera, who had seen, he saw how Mokhnatkin hit Grigorenko, but he could not explain under what circumstances this happened.

The use of any violence to the defendant, the use of the prosecution denied the use of the prosecution. Mokhnatkin himself, however, repeatedly stated that Shorin strangled him.

At the same time, Stekliev granted Viktorov’s petition to introduce documents to the case confirming that Shorin had inflicted injuries to the accused.

In addition, at a meeting on Tuesday, the Political Zayk petitioned the call to witness the leader of another Russia, Eduard Limonov, a press secretary of this party Alexander Averin, as well as a number of activists and journalists attended by a rally.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mokhnatkin again abandoned his lawyer by proxy of Vyacheslav Makarov, whose services he turned at previous hearings on May 15. Stekliev satisfied this petition of the defendant, but rejected another - about the rejection of Viktorov’s services. Since Viktorov did not appear at the hearing, the hearings were postponed for two hours - before his arrival in court.

The following hearings in the case will be held on June 5; Start at 11:00. On this day, it is supposed to hear the two remaining witnesses of the prosecution. In addition, Stekliev warned that on this day the defense was already ready to interrogate his witnesses.

Mokhnatkin was detained at the December strategy-31 campaign and two days later arrested. Two affairs were initiated against him under Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the use of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities), which later combined into one production. The activist faces up to five years in the colony.

In June 2010, Mokhnatkin was sentenced to two and a half years in a colony settlement on similar charges. He was found guilty of attacking a policeman on December 31, 2009 on strategy-31 shares. In the colony, he was repeatedly placed in a schizo and PCT (a chamber type, that is, an internal prison), Mokhnatkin held long hunger strikes. In April 2012, he was pardoned by President Dmitry Medvedev. Since the summer of 2013, Mokhnatkin has participated in the process in the "swamp business" as a public defender Sergei Krivov.
