Dmitry Semenov, a member of the Chuvash branch of the Party of the RPR-Parnas and the Solidarity movement, was detained and forcibly taken to court for a repost in VKontakte photos with extremist symbols. This was reported by elephant.ru with reference to Semenov himself.

The claims of investigators concern the photographs of the Donetsk separatist, the so -called "people's governor" of Donetsk Pavel Gubarev in the form of a prohibited organization, Russian national unity (RNE), the emblem of which is a modified swastika.

The police came to the activist home at about 6 in the morning and immediately went to court. According to investigators, Semenov violated article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbolism or public demonstration of paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations). This article provides for a penalty of up to two thousand rubles or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.

As a result, the court fined Semenov for 1 thousand rubles, he reports on Twitter.

At the same time in the spring, when Gubarev was arrested by the Ukrainian authorities for separatism , the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stood up for him. The liberation of the "People's Governor" was personally welcomed by Vladimir Putin during a meeting with representatives of the OSCE.

On November 1, in Chuvashia, the Coordinator of the RPR-Parnas in the social networks of Dmitry Pankov, the bailiffs were taken to the Novocheboksary City Court on a decision on the forced drive. He was also accused under article 20.3 for comparing the Olympiads in Berlin and Sochi. The court fined Pankov for 1 thousand rubles.

According to law enforcement agencies, the activist allegedly posted a collage from photographs of President Vladimir Putin and Adolf Hitler as an illustration of the text criticizing the actions of the authorities in the preparation of the Winter Olympiad in Sochi. The picture contains the following content: "The Decree of the President of Russia - the 2014 Winter Olympic Games will be held in the forbidden zone." The prosecutor’s office of Novocheboksarsk said that Dmitry publicly demonstrated Nazi paraphernalia, symbols similar to Nazi attributes and sent the case to court.
