Fighters of the Vostok battalion in search of looters kicked all supporters of the DPR from the Donetsk OG building

Armed people included in the mysterious Battalion of Vostok , which performs on the side of the self -proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), “cleaned up” the building of the Donetsk Regional State Administration (OGA) from representatives of the DPR. According to the 62.ua portal, the supporters of the separatists were kicked out of the building and forced to move away from it. Perhaps this operation is part of the "anti -Mar" measures taken recently by the leadership of the rebels.

Armed people came to the Donetsk Regional State Administration on several trucks, they surrounded the building, went inside and, in a harsh form, ordered all the supporters of the DPR to go out into the street. After that, according to the Portal "island" , the soldiers began to disassemble the barricades around the building. According to one of the men who called the representative of the press service of the DPR, the old tires will be replaced by "normal barricades".

Judging by the photographs, among the fighters of the East there are many people of Caucasian nationalities, which had previously raised questions about a strange battalion of mercenaries.

In turn, the authorities of Donetsk asked the townspeople to avoid staying in the area of ​​the Building of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, where "people in military uniforms" arrived. "We ask you to limit the movement through the streets in the area of ​​the building of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. As of 15:30 (Moscow time) there is a large accumulation of people in military uniform," the Donetsk mayor's office said.

The city authorities ask residents of nearby houses not to approach the windows, do not go to the balconies and the street without urgent need, as well as, if possible, adjust the movement routes in this area. At the same time, already at 16:00 (17:00 Moscow time) everything was calm in the city.

"As of 16:00 in Donetsk, all institutions are working in the standard mode. Military operations are not being conducted in the city. We ask the residents not to panic, to trust exclusively official information. For personal safety purposes, we ask you to be less in mass accumulation of people and reduce movement on personal transport," the mayor's office said.

The reasons why the Vostok battalion drove supporters of the DPR from the OGA building are unknown to the end, but, judging by rumors, this is due to looting, in particular, with the plunder of the metro hypermarket. The Interfax agency also claims that these measures have been taken in connection with the incident in the hypermarket. "One of the militias in the Donetsk Regional State Administration, after a fight at the airport, robbed the Metro supermarket in the airport area. We are investigating. At the moment, all people from Doga are taken outside," one of the armed fighters said.

According to some reports, the products from the Metro were brought into the OGA building the day before. If the looters manage to identify, the fighters of the Vostok battalion are going to interrogate them. In one of their tents, armed people found many goods, for example, various hygiene products, household appliances, clothes, shoes. “Electric tiles, packed. Most likely, the voluntary assistance of the metro store. As they say: grandmothers brought,” commented on one of the fighters of the “East”, judging by the online broadcast on the Anna-News website.

The head of the Supreme Council of the self -proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin said that the building of the Donetsk Regional State Administration will now be the house of the government. "We will start repairs in the building, from today there will be a government house," he said. According to him, there will be no more rooms for living in the building, and all the looters detained by the "East" will be put on trial.

Note that Pushilin used the word "coup", while having disowned it. "No coup in the" Donetsk People’s Republic "has happened today, everyone who held positions would continue to occupy them. We had to get rid of dishonest people who conducted criminal activities against the Donetsk Republic," said the leader of the separatists.

It is worth recalling that the separatists act extremely tough with the looters. On May 27, two militias were killed by order of the separatists' leadership after they were convicted of serious crimes. The commander of the People’s Militia of Slavyansk, Igor Strelkov, then said that he ordered to shoot his two subordinates "for looting, armed robbery, abduction of a person, and the abandonment of military positions."

“We will fight mercilessly with looting and lawlessness,” Strelkov assured. According to the commander, he gave the order to be sentenced to death by the commander of the militia company Dmitry Slavov and the commander of the militia platoon Nikolai Lukyanov. The order was printed on leaflets that were pasted throughout Slavyansk.

The Vostok battalion arrived in Donetsk on the day of the election of the President of Ukraine - May 25. Residents met fighters as heroes, after which armed people staged in the air during a rally against the presidential election.

The 62.ua portal also published a video on which the faces of the Vostok fighters are visible, who surrounded the Donetsk Regional State Administration. The residents still welcome warmth, despite the fact that they even lifted and installed a small cannon opposite the OG.
