In the center of Moscow, five activists with a banner "Stomakhin Freedom, the Empire Death" were detained, a correspondent of "faces" reports. Vera Lavreshina, Elena Morozova, Daniil Kogtev, Vadim Torchinov and Maxim Chekanov blocked the movement along the Lubyansky passage, lit fire and smoke bombs. This was the first action in defense of the political prisoner Boris Stomakhin after the sentence was sentenced to him.
On April 22, the deputy chairman of the Butyrsky District Court of Moscow for Criminal Affairs Yuri Kovalevsky sentenced Stomakhin to six and a half years in a maximum regime . On November 21, civil activists Ildar Dadin and Gennady Stroganov were sentenced to 7 days of arrest . Judge of the Tver court Alexei Krivoruchko , the defendant of the Magnitsky List, found Dadin and Stroganov guilty under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the requirements of the police).
