The founder of Pyaterochka decided to get rid of the count's estates in Yalta

The founder of the Pyaterochka chain, Andrei Rogachev, put up for sale a land plot with a total area of ​​12 hectares of the former St. Petersburg sanatorium in Yalta, on the territory of which there are two historical estates of Count Ustinov, RBC Daily writes with reference to a source close to a businessman.

As the publication clarifies, we are talking about a site located in the village of East of Administrative Education Big Yalta: it is the southern coast of Crimea, between the resort of Massandra and the Nikitsky Botanical Garden. A source close to the seller claims that the starting price is 25 million euros.

Since 1997, there was a boarding house "St. Petersburg", later renamed the estate of Count Ustinov’s estate estate. Rogachev bought the land and buildings of the sanatorium in 2006 from the Committee for the Management of City Property of St. Petersburg. The land of the hotel complex is leased for a period of 50 years, follows from the presentation of the site, drawn up as a commercial offer for potential buyers.

The hotel has its own beach with an area of ​​0.55 hectares. The future buyer is invited to reconstruct the hotel complex: you can build 166.6 thousand square meters of residential real estate, the presentation says. On your own beach, it is proposed to build a spa and yacht club.
