1. Who will Gaskarova appoint?

I will not dispens the episodes, sane by Alexei Gaskarov, I will not. Why delve into the feet, if Alexei openly admits: he pushed one policeman, dragged the other by the leg. Because he saw the threat that they created for innocent people. Because they exceeded their powers. Because they performed orders meaningless and fraught with dangerous consequences.

Gaskarov’s business is interesting to others. Judging by the materials, from the very beginning the investigation pulled him on the role of one of the "organizers of the riots." More precisely, a “junior organizer”, a kind of field commander, a centurion, the leadership of the “infantry” in the square. In May last year, in the next opus of NTV, this version, accompanied by slurredly mounted personnel, was announced quite clearly. In the case, in addition to typical episodes with the grasp and pushing of the policeman, it sounds more than once: "Indicating the associates, waved his hands, led the actions." These "strokes with your hands" are especially fascinated! The investigation works as very rude strokes, glue on the defendants primitive markers: the slogans shouted - the enemy of the state, in the mask - a militant, stood nearby - accomplices, waved his hand - Chapaev! However, for some reason, they did not grow together or decided not to steam. Limited themselves to the charge of "ordinary" participation.

At the trial, the Police-Police “according to Gaskarov” give strange testimonies one after another: they cannot identify anyone (including Alexei), but they remember exactly that some people were pounced together on the “victim” (in Gaskarov’s episode). This information from completely meaningless turns into indictments only in one case: it is planned to prove that the attackers acted with Gaskarov together.

The star witness of the prosecution - the “novist” Panko in court again tells that Gaskarov “coordinated, gesticulating his hands,” and “called on the phone” . He allegedly watched all this, climbing the tree at the parapet of the canal. At the same time, during the investigation, he described his position as “at Luzhkov Bridge,” and in court tells about what was happening near the “drummer”. At the same time, he saw Gaskarova "in the area of ​​the stage." In addition to all this confusion, he vaguely hints that he heard "someone calls - we break through to the Kremlin, crush, crush it! - After which the protesters were closed on a cordon." Investigators and their “witnesses” stubbornly do not specify who they crushed and where someone broke through. They do not like to clarify the place, time and circumstances. And they are the essence.

The fact is that the Gaskarov "episodes" are not at all to the consequence of the notorious "breakthrough" near the "drummer". Apparently, it was this moment that the security forces used to give the FAS command to accelerate the rally. But for the first time, the crush and confusion arose in a completely different place - at Luzhkov Bridge, closer to the stage, in the area of ​​the proposed rally. Demonstrators who managed to go there (and this is several thousand people!) For almost an hour, perplexed, waited for the rally. Many did not suspect that the main column was stuck in a bend near the "drummer". In the end, there was a chaotic cradle there: someone was still approaching the stage from the turn, someone, having learned about a sedentary strike on the bridge, went to support it or stroke, and someone was just tired and already wanted to go home. People moved in different directions. And suddenly the police blocked the embankment at Luzhkov bridge across, not letting go here or here. Instead of a rally, people were blocked from all sides. No explanation was given at the same time, which caused a completely natural increasing alarm. On both sides, they crushed the police chain, the bustard threatened to develop into a crush. Actually, Gaskarov says the same thing in his testimony. Seeing the beginning of the crush near the “drummer” and trying to avoid trouble, he made his way to the satellites (bride and her parents) closer to the stage. I saw how the chain blocked the embankment at Luzhkov’s bridge . I tried to talk with the police, then help people get out. It was in this place that his incidents with Ibatullin and Bulychev occurred.

Questions arise for the investigation and the witness.

For example, how could one "break to the Kremlin" from the place where Gaskarov was if:

1) the swamp embankment is located parallel to the Kremlin wall;

2) From the Kremlin, this place was separated not only by the armades of the security forces on the large stone bridge and the cutting down chain opposite the "drummer", but also by a huge mass of demonstrators accumulated on the corner of the embankment.

If a fairy tale about the “call to the breakthrough” is a hint of Gaskarov, then how could he command a breakthrough, being 200 meters from him and the main police chain? And if Panko listened to calls for a breakthrough near the "drummer", then how could he simultaneously observe Gaskarov in the area of ​​Luzhkov Bridge? And could the witness hear these calls from his tree, being separated from the breakthrough place with 40 meters of a very dense noisy crowd? And if the calls sounded under his tree, then how could they hear and succumb to them in the forefront of the demonstrators? If the witness, as he claims, “took off the actions of the opposition on the camera,” then why didn’t he take off how Gaskarov “commanded”?

And finally: does the court consider that these testimonies go beyond the charges (Gaskarov is accused of simple participation, and not at all in the leadership), and is it worth excluding them in accordance with Article 252 of the Code of Criminal Procedure?

Sometimes it seems to me that the script on May 6 is composed by a brilliant writer. If I told about all the unthinkable interweaving of plot lines, heroes and scenes, a book would be released. Well, right, what unknown playwright surrounded Mikhail Kosenko at the time of his “episode” by guardian angels in the person of the famous memorials Oleg Orlov and Yana Rachinsky, journalist Podrabinka, correspondent for Novaya Gazeta (who shot this moment), architect and future member of the Committee on May 6, Sharova-Deputy? As a result, one glance at the frame was enough to find a bunch of witnesses and prove the innocence of Michael.

True, the court is like a dead poultice, but the truth is established and someday triumphantly. In the last material, I told how surprisingly the stories of Ilya Gushchina and Turans Varzhabutian intertwined. He was only ashamed to pay attention to the fact that Gushchin at that moment was a supporter of the nationalist party, and the elderly Armenian was a liberal volunteer of the Memorial. This also adds to the plot of paradoxicality.

But each of the "swamps" has its own antagonist. The 18-year-old Sasha Naumova-Dukhanina, for example, had a giant-amonian Sutommin , "gently grabbed her neck." Usually, the role of anti -Heroes are linden "victims" with their terrifying mental torment and "physical pain" from grabbing by the hand. Gaskarov has two of them, and they just as colorfully sang in court about the suffering experienced. But still, the true antagonist Alexei remained in the shade. Today we do not know his name. Why did I call him the second hero of Gaskarov?

Already after his “episodes”, Alexei goes towards the “drummer” and falls under the hot hand of the next flying “capture group”. He is thrown to the ground, and a certain riot police from all over the swing beats him in the face . Then the "astronauts" lose interest in him and, throwing those lying on the asphalt, go to the gas stations. The beating turned out to be shot on the video, a wounded wound and imposed seams were recorded by doctors. At the signal, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was checked from the emergency room. Witnesses of the episode were interviewed, a video was transmitted. The SB service transferred the case to the Investigative Committee. Gaskarov himself also submitted a separate application to the UK. But, as in the cases of the remaining victims of the demonstrators, "the audit did not find violations" and the initiation of the case was denied a meaningless unsubscription. This is what really happened:

The riot police, who struck, remained unknown. But I believe that I can introduce you to him. The cameras recorded many cases of cruelty from the police. At least the same person appears in at least three.

In my opinion, he is a frank sadist who does not have any right to serve in the police and deserves a criminal court. Here he is - the "master of hand -to -hand combat" in three episodes: two knockouts with a fist and a brutal blow with a club on the head. All three victims did not show any aggression before that. One of them, Yegor Lazarev, just stood in the manner of the riot police and lost consciousness from the blow for a long time. The surrounding found him dead, and this pretty much added an atmosphere of nervousness and fear. This case was widely dispersed through the press and the Internet, but also did not cause any reaction either in the prosecutor's office or the Investigative Committee.

1. In the pictures of the photographic amateur (unfortunately, the moment of the impact itself is not shot) is quite clearly visible the face of the riot police who participated in this episode. This is the same person who participated in three beatings shown above

2. In the video of the beating of Gaskarov, there is not enough sharpness to accurately identify the face. But not only among the detention group that worked in this place, but in general, among all riot police on Bolotnaya, I found only one that has these signs at the same time: the shields on the legs are worn over uniform trousers; The yellowish gas mask bag is not worn on top, but under body armor and puffs from under it on the back; lack of baton; powerful protection on the wrists and shoulders; Constantly accepted characteristic boxing stand. They are possessed by the one who beat Alexei Gaskarov’s foot, and the “hero” described above. And I'm sure this is the same person. Alexei was lucky: such a blow from all over Mach could cause a serious traumatic brain injury.

No matter how much on May 6 in Bolotnaya, the actions of this policeman are not justified and exceed all reasonable limits. This man is a criminal. I do not know if he is now working in the police, but he clearly did not suffer punishment. Alexey Gaskarov is in prison and is unlikely to be justified by the court.
