Verkhovna Rada authorized the arrest of Tsarev

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deprived the pro -Russian deputy Oleg Tsarev’s immunity, giving the Prosecutor General a sanction to bring him to criminal liability, and also approved his detention and arrest. It is reported by Ukrainian Pravda.

For the first decision, 235 parliamentarians voted to bring Tsariev to justice. This measure was supported by all deputies from Freedom, the vast majority of members of the Rada from the "Fatherland", the blow, the groups "Economic Development", "Sovereign European Ukraine", as well as the majority of non -confluence deputies. The Communist Party faction, like almost the entire faction of the Party of Regions, did not participate in the vote. Only one regional deputy opposed.

The second decision - 226 deputies supported the detention and arrest of Tsarev. In this case, the voices were distributed in a similar way.

In April, the Prosecutor General’s Office aroused a number of cases against Tsarev in connection with the separatist calls . Cases are open under Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the country (an encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine).

In addition, on April 14, Euromaidan activists, having searched the Tsarev’s car, discovered firearms and cold weapons there , four swarms from Kalashnikov’s machine gun with cartridges, permits for smoothbore weapons, as well as stripes and clothes, including military uniforms. Tsarev himself activists beat. On the fact of the incident, the Ministry of Internal Affairs opened a criminal case under part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism with the use of weapons), which provides for up to seven years of the colony.
