Five cities of the Donetsk region were left without water

Five cities of the Donetsk region - Druzhkovka, Dzerzhinsk, Konstantinovka, Kramatorsk and Slavyansk - were left without water, Interfax reports. The cause of the accident was battles near the cities, during which the water system and power lines were damaged.

Local utilities emphasize that restoration work will begin only after the completion of active hostilities in the region. Repair work should be carried out by DTEK Donetskoblenergo, which is part of the five largest overlain country. It is she who operates the distribution electric networks of the Donetsk region.

The energy holding of the entrepreneur Rinat Akhmetov owns 71.34 percent of the shares of the company, another 25 percent of its shares belong to the state NAC Energy Company of Ukraine.
