The judge of the Ostankino District Court of Moscow Larisa Shokurova, having examined on Wednesday the representation of the Butyrsky interdistrict prosecutor Yevgeny Nepomnya, recognized six articles by the radical publicist Boris Stomakhin as extremist. Information about this is contained in the case file on the court website.
The federal list of extremist materials, by decision of Shokurova, includes Stomakhin's articles “Salvation from Russia”, “Kill the Empire!”, “Russian fascism as the Jug Putin”, “Myths of Russian Nationalism”, “Savior of Russia”, “Put Russia in place”, published on the website of the radical libertarian opposition “Resistance”.
It is known that these texts were “identified” on the website of the Butyrsky inter-district department of the Investigative Committee on the basis of information received from the CPE of the North-Eastern District of the capital. An examination conducted by the State Center for Information and Analytical Technologies subordinated to the Moscow City Hall established the presence in all articles "Calls and incentives for the destruction of the Russian Federation as state education." Earlier, the specialists of this center conducted an examination of the articles of Stomakhin, for the publication of which he in April 2014 was sentenced to six and a half years in a maximum regime .
Since 2012 , 10 articles of Stomakhin , as well as one number of the “Radical Politician” , have already been included in the list of extremist materials.
In 2006-2011, Stomakhin had already left for a five-year term in a general regime colony. Then he was also convicted exclusively for his works. During the detention, Stomakhin tried to escape from the apartment through the window along the rope, but the rope broke and he received fractures of the legs and processes of two vertebrae. From the consequences of these injuries, Politzek has not yet recovered.
Since the second arrest of Stomakhin, polyactivists have conducted direct action on his defense. The latter in time passed on May 30 , when Vera Lavrashina and four comrades blocked the Lubyansky passage and headed for the FSB building with a stretching "Stomakhin Freedom, the Empire Death". All participants in the action were detained, but no one was arrested.
