As we would like and/or did not want to, but all the main external manifestations of events, and with them “information reasons” are spinning around the situation in Ukraine, which is objectively and justified for Russia, since our countries are closest neighbors.
To maintain a public discussion, it is proposed to designate a certain common vector of thought.
In this regard, we bring to the site an article by economist-political scientist M.L. Khazin about the causes of the Ukrainian crisis.
We consider it worthy for a deep study.
The article confirms the thesis previously expressed in the COB (public security concept) about the objectivity of the process of destroying the crowd- "elite" pyramid during the completion of globalization. And confirms the inevitability of leaving the state of entropy and a crisis through the formation of justice.
Everything highlighted in the article with bold font is highlighted by us (IAS CPU).

In a normal person, Ukraine is surprising:
- Why could not you agree?
- Why mass killings?
The answer is:
The liberal concepts of power collapse, more ancient principles are being replaced by them .
Still, an acute conflict in Ukraine is surprising. In the end, frank Bandera, even taking into account frenzied propaganda, is not so much.
Well, it would seem that it prevents you from agreeing, why such a categorical rejection of other points of view? What and to whom does the Russian language interfere?
Why is the propaganda of Russophobia, which destroys the state of Ukraine before our eyes?
In a normal person, this causes sincere surprise, especially in terms of mass killings, which are clearly aimed at intimidating most of the population.
Where did all this come from? The answer to this question, as often happens, lies far beyond the borders of Ukraine . And the point here is not in the “Washington’s hand” or “Moscow’s hand”, as the notebook propagandists often say on both sides. The problem is much more interesting and deeper.
The fact is that in everyday life we are faced with two forces, two forms of power.
The first of them is naked power, the power of weapons, direct violence.
The second is the power of money.
Money usually defeats naked power, or rather put it to their service.
But there is also a third power, conceptual .
With her, people in everyday life usually do not encounter her, but she defeats the power of money. This is a power that is determined by a universally recognized right and is recognized by all, even those that do not agree with it.
It can be the power of the king or king (and then it is based on divine law, the monarch is an anointed of God ), the power of money as a sacred principle, finally, the power of justice . The power of the USSR was just that he offered the world one of the forms of justice - and as long as they believed in it, the power of the USSR was unshakable, although it had very serious enemies.
If we look at today's world, we will see that until recently, almost the whole world of the rule is only one conceptual power - based on "liberal values" .
I put the quotes not in vain: the main value of liberalism - “freedom” - implies an independent choice of adherents of its value base, and another value, “tolerance”, prohibits society with this system of values.
Hence, by the way, wild “raids” on countries with a traditional value model, which, for example, do not support the propaganda of homosexuality. Yes, he is not persecuted - but the very right of society is criticized here to make judgments about the behavior of an individual. Liberal conceptual power has one very important addition, without which such a model simply cannot exist.
This is a way of monitoring social behavior, which in the absence of morality (that is, based on traditional values of understanding what is good and what is bad) is replaced by state control (through the law) and the right of the strong. That is, one who has more money.
And in this sense, the availability of money is fundamentally - any issue in a liberal society is resolved through the cost of money (as we say, it is monetized).
Even purely public mechanisms, such as local referendums and discussions, are still monetized through the mechanism, which is called “PR” (from the English Public Relations, social relations).
The problem of the modern world is that the mechanism of redistribution of money within the framework of liberal conceptuality has stopped working.
I won’t say why, our entire site is dedicated to this, here you just need to refer to a fact.
But this means that the whole system of social management of the world built in decades, built in the banal scheme: “ We give you money for the fact that you recognize our right to write laws and are ready to fulfill it later ,” begins to collapse.
If you don’t give money, what do we care about your laws? But without conceptuality, the world cannot live in general - and representatives of the old concepts of power begin to raise their heads, and sometimes new ones appear.
In the case of Ukraine, the situation is understandable - since the promised “happiness” is not visible from the liberals (except for the frank Kidalov, such as an association with the European Union), the most intelligent people began to recall the old concepts related to justice within the framework of the Russian world (or even more, in the framework of the Eurasian space, which regularly united within the framework of the unified family of peoples, the last time - within the framework of the socialist community of nations).
Of course, in Russia the times of the oligarchy and the sequators did not have to talk about justice, but today the situation seems to be very slowly, but it began to change, and it was Putin with these changes that are associated with these changes. By the way, I do not exclude that the absolutely frantic anti -Putin propaganda in the liberal media is just with this association. But in any case, the people began to pull up in this direction.
And on the other hand, there is another conceptuality, not unification, but disconnecting, firmly nationalist. From the point of view of the United States and liberal Western Europe (and there, as the experience of France shows, there are other forces) who are trembling unification trends in Eurasia (by the way, China is afraid of them), fascists are much better than any pro -Russian forces, so today in Kyiv nationalists are working with liberals (although the latter are trying to send the former to a slaughter).
But in any case , what is happening in Ukraine is a consequence of the destruction of liberal conceptual power and the emergence of new (more precisely, revival of old) concepts . Note that the Arab Spring from the same opera - only the processes there go a little differently, in connection with another history and other participants.
And the level of aggression is higher there, since political Islam today, in principle, does not recognize the right of current civilization to the fact that it can bear some kind of justice (in this sense, it is an analogue of the communists of the late XIX-early twentieth centuries).
Returning to Ukraine, it can be noted that, apparently, it will not work to agree . The liberal empire will no longer be revived (well, that is, this is my personal opinion, but there is an economic theory under it. Alternative views, even if they support the majority of “experts”, are actually not confirmed by serious arguments, rather “Wishlist” than a real analysis), which means that one or another alternative concept will win .
I am inclined to believe that Ukraine as a result will break up , but not by the release of the southeast, but by the release of nationalist Galicia from the united Russian world . Precisely because we are talking about power concepts in which a more constructive model usually wins.
And nationalism with constructivism of the problem, Galicia-this is still not Germany of the 30s. True, the liberals will shed a lot of blood before this victory.
But at the very end, it should be noted that Western Europe, Asia, and China (in which, after a gradual abandonment of socialism, are of conceptual problems) are waiting for the problems similar to Ukraine).
And in this sense , we need to most enhance the correct conceptuality in the management of our own country, that is, to build a family of peoples, built on traditional values, abandoning liberalism, primarily in economic policy .
