Pavel Kuznetsov was arrested for seven days

This decision was taken by the judge of the Tverskoy District Court Tatyana Neverova. Pavel Kuznetsov turned out to be the only detainee yesterday at Strategy-6, to whom the police imputed arrest article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (resisting the lawful demand of a police officer). At the same time, the police initially planned to draw up a report on all detainees under Article 20.2 (violation of the rules for holding street events). It is worth noting that two days before the action, employees of the Center E came to work for Kuznetsov at the Sukhoi Design Bureau in order to recruit him.
