The petition was published on the website "Russian Public Initiative" in July last year. For mandatory consideration, the petition should collect 100 thousand signatures.

The authors note that the deputy "puts forward more and more absurd bills." Initially, the reason for the request to check Mizulin for sanity was her legislative initiative regarding the ban on the use of a mat in Runet .
