In the Rostov region, the maintenance of Ukrainian refugees was estimated - this requires 350 million rubles monthly

The Rostov Region, where the citizens of Ukraine from the regions covered mainly by the battles, calculated how much the content of refugees costs, who, according to the deputy prime minister of the Russian Federation Olga Golodets, the Russian side has already adopted more than 2.5 thousand. The region’s leadership is going to ask Moscow in multimillion financing.

According to Interfax , an application is currently being formed to the Federal Center on the financial support of refugees arriving from Ukraine. "At present, we make a preliminary application for financing for assistance for citizens arriving from Ukraine. Today it is estimated at 350 million rubles a month," said the Governor of the Rostov Region Vasily Golubev.

He noted that applications are in municipalities, which will subsequently be generalized within the region. According to Golubev, since the beginning of last week, about 35 million rubles have been spent from the municipal and regional budgets for the maintenance of refugees.

It should be noted that earlier the deputy prime minister of the Russian government Olga Golodets said that the Russian Federation has already adopted more than 2.5 thousand Ukrainian citizens and will be able to accept another ten thousand. "Today we have a reserve for 10 thousand seats. First of all, these are the southern regions - Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod and Rostov regions and Crimea," said Golodets.

In turn, Golubev said that the Rostov region can place about four thousand citizens of Ukraine on its territory. According to him, the readiness for the reception of Ukrainians contain 59 stationary points of temporary placement with a total capacity of about 3.2 thousand people.

It is worth noting that over the past day, about 5.5 thousand citizens of Ukraine entered the Rostov region, and 4.8 thousand left. According to Interfax, 330 Ukrainians are located in the Rostov Region over the past day, including 62 children.

In Crimea, some refugees could apply for citizenship of the Russian Federation among people who submitted relevant applications without registration in the Crimea. According to the FMS estimates, five thousand Ukrainians are gathering Russian citizenship without registration, the Russian News Service reports.

According to the head of the FMS of Russia, Konstantin Romodanovsky, many citizens of Ukraine have arrived in Crimea for temporary earnings, and now they want to stay and get Russian citizenship. It is possible that among them there are Ukrainians who fled from regions covered by battles.

Konstantin Romodanovsky said that for citizens of Ukraine who wanted to wait out a crisis in Russia, a three -month period was introduced without registration. He also noticed that many Ukrainians would “leave” from relatives, without asking for refugee status, RIA Novosti reports.

“In general, for the citizens of Ukraine, we created the most favorable conditions of stay - 90 days without migration accounting. Probably, someone can now safely leave relatives or acquaintances in Russia for three months, suddenly it will end during this time,” Romodanovsky said.

He also stated that the number of Ukrainians who want to be in Russia for more than 90 days has increased five times compared to last year.
