"Anonymous International": the personal data of officials are supplied with "good people" from power

On December 31 of last year, until then, the unknown blog “Shaltai-Boltai” published the text of congratulations of Russians on the New Year, which Vladimir Putin had to utter from all television screens of the country. Then, the same blog published instructions for the Presidential Administration for federal channels on how to cover events in Ukraine, personal correspondence of Russian technologists who organized a referendum in Crimea, materials on the work of the Kremlin bots, the maintenance of the leaders of the Eastern Ukrainian separatists and much more. The authors of the blog call themselves an “anonymous international”, and their documents often look believable. But we do not know anything about who and for what purpose does it. In 2012, anonymous group of anonymous employees who were responsible for the youth direction already appeared on the network. But as soon as the defendants in those scandals lost their posts in state structures, the anonymouses, apparently, having completed the hardware, stopped their activities.

Who is hidden under the guise of an “anonymous international” and their blog with the playful name “Shaltai-Boltai”, perhaps forever for the majority will remain a mystery. Slon tried to find out with them who they are. “Anonymous press secretaries of the anonymous international” appointed our correspondent a meeting in one of the chats that did not preserve Ai-Pi and data of correspondence.

- It is quite naive to ask this, given your level of conspiracy, but still: who are you in general?

- We are a group of people. Team. Which, as one of its goals, puts the informing of society about what is actually happening. That is, in order to convey the wrong picture that comes from the Kremlin and Nekrevsky media, but, let’s say, what really happens. But this is one of the goals. There are also others, but we are not yet ready to spread about them. We also hint about them sometimes. For example, when we say that we are trying to change reality.

-It sounds mysterious, some kind of Surkovism. I generally meant: what are you doing, in addition to the "anonymous international"? Who are you working?

- A serious question. You can’t tell the truth, but I don’t want to lie either. The fact is that the information about what we are still doing and whether we are doing is also a small clue to calculate us.

- Do you work in state structures?

-Each participant can only speak for himself-someone works, someone does not. You will keep in mind that there are still faces in the team (according to the assurances of the participants, more than three people work on the “anonymous international” - Slon). In general, most of the publicity would not want publicity.

-How did it happen that you organized and began to make a “shaft-bolti”?

- I wanted to joke! It was the main message. We were bored, so we decided to have fun. On December 31 last year, we published the text of congratulations of Russians on a Happy New Year, which a little later almost literally voiced the guarantor (President Vladimir Putin. - Slon ). Then in the presidential administration (AP) there was a small commotion. And then we were carried away. So the project was born. Many grumble about us, but it happens funny. Especially track the reaction.

-Well, in order to joke like that, you still need at least certain tools. Did you have them from the very beginning?

- Yes. We have a lot, let's say, archives.

- That is, the all kinds of incriminating evidence fell into your hands long before you began to publish it?

- Yes. We have been present for a long time. And they went out “to the light” only now. The publication of such materials is a method of impact on reality. For example, many people of Mr. Strelkov (one of the leaders of the Donetsk People’s Republic, whose contents of which the “Anonymous International” published several weeks ago, raised questions and bewilderment. - Slon ) . After our publications, it became clear who is behind this and what drives personally. Perhaps our information has completed some gaps, including people who make state decisions. It is possible that thanks to this it was possible to avoid open state support for separatists in the Donbass and further escalation.

- Similar materials fall into the hands of several dozen or hundreds of employees, so it is difficult to calculate the AP?

- Rather, in the hands of several dozen. Although we have those that three or four people have.

- How do they get to you? Are you among the first sources to whom they fall into your hands? Or are it “good people” throwing it up?

- To do this, you need to master some specific skills and have a certain software. Since now not the techies of the “anonymous international” communicate with you, we will not be able to say anymore. But the source of a significant part of the files is “good people”.

“Do techies hack someone?”

- “Hack” is an incorrect expression. In addition, for a number of reasons, we do not want to use this term. You will print, and in the Ustm (Management of special technical measures of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate. Slon ) They’ll take up the case! Let's call this process “obtaining information”. There are many methods for him, but we will not voice them.

- You call your goals quite abstractly, and the motivation of “good people” that drain the documents to you understand?

- Not always. For example, the current Secret application today (an anonymous social network, where users without risk of being identified publish secrets and rumors. - Slon ), many people share their secrets, secrets of employers. So with the "anonymous international." Secret service is an example of the motivation of our sources. A person tells what he wants. And makes his contribution to the common cause. People are talkative. They are divided by information with close and not very close people. It is worth considering that sometimes drain can be disinformed. But unlike Secret, we check the data obtained before the publication. We have the opportunity to check it from several sources.

But the problem is different. Often true information is very similar to fake. But often around some mysterious things everything turns out to be much more simple. If not to say, stupidly. And this happens constantly. And so that there are no crooked pins, we publish the source, so to speak. And first of all, we focus on journalists so that they study all these arrays thoroughly, check, call, receive comments and brought to the end consumer.

- After your plums, were there dismissal in AP?

- They wanted to fire. In the apparatus of Peskov. But not fired.

- Your project was seriously activated during the events in Ukraine: you printed the ordering for holding rallies in Moscow in support of Crimea, then there were materials on the organization of the Crimean referendum by Russian technologists. Finally, the publication of the mail of Russian fighters in the east of Ukraine. Is this your profile direction?

- We do not support the methods that were separated by Crimea. We are sure that there could be organized without fraud. But we do not do this at all because of the Crimea, it is just a powerful information water. Therefore, we published Crimean materials. And you, too, by the way ( on May 10, a text was released on Slon with an analysis of letters about the organization of the Crimean referendum published by the “Anonymous International”. - Slon ). And that of your material about Crimea for AP was like a red rag. We will not even repeat what words were said about the author of notes. Particularly indignant [deputy chief of the administration of domestic policy of AP Timur] Prokopenko. He was then reprimanded.

- Well, yes. Only initially that text seemed to be published by Kommersant, not us. But for unknown reasons, the material did not come out there. Given how the fate of the Russian media is developing in the last six months, soon there will be no one to study your documents.

- We know how they closed “Lent.ru” (on March 12, the owner of the publication Alexander Mamut resigned from the post of chief editor “Lenta.ru” Galina Timchenko, after which almost all the staff of the editorial office quit. - Slon ). Relatively speaking, people of a dungeon (former spokeswoman for Rosmolodezh and Movement “Our”) recorded all the “jambs” of the “tapes”. It came to a certain critical mass, such a decision was made.

For all "opposition" media work, everyone has their own folder, their own dossier. Those who go over a certain line assigned to the AP can be closed. But there are many factors. Rain and Elephant have their own political patrons. “Rain”, of course, was also almost strangled - but only almost. And the "tape" was strangled for good. But if you try, then a similar solution will undoubtedly appear for you. Or, for example, if they do not close, they will be forced to transfer to a paid subscription. So that the information does not spread widely. And readers at the same time could be identified! We can say, by logic of events, everything goes to this - to the folding of the latter uncontrolled media. This is such an obvious trend of the last year. Now the ideal model is a “manual opposition” and a marginal opposition, which no one seriously perceives. Such a marginal opposition will remain their own media - marginal, inactive, non -taxable.

-Given the law on bloggers, which destroys the anonymity of all the readable blogs, you yourself will not be able to publish anything soon.

- We have not thought about it yet. Let's come up with a format. You never know what else can happen before this time. And so - we are on Western servers, we will change addresses and accounts if Roskomnadzor will block us.

- -now there is a feeling of absolute consolidation, so let's call it, the Russian elite around new packages of strict laws and slogans such as “Crimea -ours”. At the level of your sources in the AP, the case is the case too?

- Parts of these people like the salary and a sense of involvement in big affairs. Part are careerists, some came from business structures to solve their issues. But there are a lot of their jambs and contradictions. Some, for example, are engaged in sabotage to the best of strength. This is a smaller part, but there are also. It is they, you can say so, show civilian courage. Although outwardly, of course, they support everything. You can sabotage in different ways: you can, for example, delay the passage of a document. The document can be held at any level, for this you just need to know this bureaucratic machine well. For specific cases, we cannot speak, otherwise there will be unnecessary clarifications. Well, and you can also send some documents to us.

In the AP, there was more than one party for our occasion. Trying to find out who we are. But we hope that until then we will publish a lot. And there or the padishas will die, or the donkey.

- Have you related to the publication of the post office and her colleagues in Rosmolodezh in 2012?

- We will not answer this question for one simple reason: let's say that not, they will not believe. Let's say that yes, they will begin to put forward other versions.

- And what was it at all? Those arrays were published on behalf of some anonymous people who seemed to fight the sins of the authorities, but it seems that they were simply participants in the hardware struggle when the Volodinsky subordinates with the help of compromise cleaned the Surkovsky. As cleaned up - and the plums of the anonymous are over.

- We did not participate in that showdown. Watching, yes. But they did not participate. And yes, these were internal showdowns. After them, the dug stopped working with Vasya (Yakemenko-ex-head of Rosmolodezh and “ours.”- Slon). And she began to work with Volodin’s people, who became new ones for what is connected with the Internet.

- Probably, then the customers of the plums also laughed at how, relatively speaking, the opposition believes in the pure thoughts of anonymouses fighting the authorities?

- So about the “anonymous international” now also most of the versions that this is the Kremlin project.

-And it is not clear why someone can be sure of the opposite. You, too, are unknown in whose interests you selectively post information, the reliability and completeness of which is very difficult to check. Hand on your heart, how do you differ from the apparatchiks who laid out the mail from mercenary purposes?

- We are different! But they did not continue to upload materials further, but we will. We do not pursue the goal of bringing the benefits of any of the "Towers of the Kremlin." But you still won’t believe it, right?

- In the entire array of the data that you published, only one major official remained unsyted - the first MPEP of AP Aleksey Gromov, which leads to certain suspicions. When can you see materials about him?

- Is it only Gromov? There are still enough people in the AP that we have not stained. But there will be about Gromov too. A little, but it will be. There is enough for him. Just do not expect it that all this will appear tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. It may appear in a week. Or maybe in two months. For a number of reasons: both for the security of our informants and the verification and analysis of the information received, it will take time.

-Is there any effect from your activity?

- Effects. We fix them, study, and in the future we will be more effective. We have high -quality material, all reliability confirmed it. Therefore, there was no doubt about success. Reality changes a little.

- What do you want to change there? Change Putin? Are you satisfied with them, unlike his subordinates like Evgeny Prigozhin, on which you make plums (the founder of the Concord holding, who is usually called Putin’s personal cook.- Slon )?

- We do not treat him, God with him! But seriously, we do not approve of it. As a person - we love him, but as a leader - we are unhappy. But you still do not forget: the main evil-we ourselves. You too. Your friends. We. While we are the main evil, there will be GDP and its subordinates, and much of the other is not the best.
