The American Internet company Go Daddy, the leader in the domain names registration market, has repeatedly launched the IPO access procedure. The companies will help Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Citigroup, reports The Wall Street Journal.
The registrar plans to attract investments of $ 100 million, although nothing is reported about the number of shares and their price. After public accommodation, more than half of all shares will be controlled by the board of directors of the structure.
At the end of March, the company announced the capitalization of $ 1.83 billion, showing an increase in revenue by 22% in the first quarter of 2014.
The upcoming IPO will be the second attempt by Go Daddy to attract investments through the issue of shares. In 2006, the company also announced that he wanted to earn $ 100 million in this way. Then the founder of Go Daddy Bob Parsons withdrew an application for an IPO, explaining his decision with adverse market conditions and the lack of good reasons to issue shares.
