The “professionalism” and “logic” of the propaganda ideologists and their tool—the updated RIA—is amazing. It turns out that now the militias are not sure that they shot down a Ukrainian IL-76, but they are also not completely sure that the Ukrainian security forces did it. Otherwise, where does this wonderful formulation “COULD BE shot down” come from?

Is there any third party there? There, if you believe our media, everything is clear: there are militias, and there are “junta troops.” Or maybe a missile accidentally flew from the Canadian border? Or from the Russian one? Or did the aliens try? Or did a partisan who had slept there since 1943, who did not know that that war was over, crawl out of the cellar?”
