Sechin refused to declare income

Rosneft President refused to publish a declaration of income,Vedomosti writes . The anti -corruption decree of the President of July 8, 2013 is not related to the company, the newspaper said in response to an official request.

The decree obliges to publish information about the income and property of top managers only "state companies (corporations) and other organizations created by federal laws." This means that Rosneft is considered that only the leadership of Avtodor, VEB, Rostec, the Housing and Public Utilities, Olympstroy, Rosatoma and the Deposit Insurance Agency are obliged to report.

Earlier, the income and property of the top managers reported “Transneft”, “Rosseti”, FSK, “Zarubezhneft”, “Sovcomflot”, the United Aircraft Corporation and Rostelecom. However, in the representation of Rosneft is their kind will, they were not obliged to do this.

The authors of the article believe that from the text of the Decree it should still be: state -owned ones are obliged to report. On May 13, the Rosneft website said that top managers, including the company's president Igor Sechin, reported on income, but did not publish any specific information.
