Yandex will buy Auto.ru

The Yandex Internet search engine agreed on the purchase of Auto.ru automobile portal. This was reported on June 16 in the Yandex press release.

The amount of the transaction is estimated at $ 175 million. It is expected that it will be closed in the third quarter of 2014. After that, Yandex will continue to develop the resource.
