At the hearing in the "Swamp Case of the Four", three classified witnesses were interrogated, the correspondent of the "faces" reports. These witnesses performed under pseudonyms and testified with changed voices from a separate room. Such precautions were taken at the insistence of the investigation, which stated that the declassification of questionnaires could lead to a danger to the life and health of witnesses. Susina supported these arguments.

All three questioned were identified in the anti -fascist Alexei Gaskarov, a participant in the "mass riots" in Bolotnaya Square. The identification was carried out by video communication - a monitor was installed in the room of the witnesses, connected to the camera directed to the cage with the defendants.

The first were Maxim Ivanov and Dmitry Petrov - employees of the 2nd Operfire of the Main Directorate of Moscow, who on May 6, 2012 worked in the Wall investigative car. "Ivanov" conducted a video, "Petrov" was a driver.

“Ivanov” said in court that Gaskarov in Bolotnaya Square approached the group of people in hoods, “showed his hands in different directions, told something” and “it was evident that they understood him.” After that, they all went to the stage together. According to Petrov, Gaskarov "purposefully moved back and forth, constantly flashed."

Both witnesses showed that when four policemen tried to detain a certain demonstrator, Gaskarov approached one of them from behind, grabbed and fell on asphalt. After some time, a policeman with an injured nose approached the car. "Ivanov" took out dry ice from the first -aid kit to provide him with medical care.

Both employees of the 2nd opera regiment said that testimonies in the TFR were given only once. Meanwhile, in the protocols of their interrogations, dated April 23 and 24, 2013, there are links to "earlier these readings."

“I have a family, and I would not want to know something once, try to talk,” Ivanov explained his desire to keep incognito. “I'm not afraid for myself, for my family.” "Petrov" spoke in a similar way. “I am an acting employee, I have a family, children, like everyone else,” he said.

The third classified witness was Sergey Gerasimov, who claimed that in the May march of millions he was in a column of anarchists. Previously, the same witness testified in the process of Udaltsov -Razvozhaev. When asked by Susina whether he was an adult, Gerasimov did not answer, noticing only that he is already 16 years old.

In his testimony, Gerasimov said that he established contacts with the anarchists on the Internet, and on May 6 he entered the march of millions, as he shared anarchist views and "wanted to express a protest against world globalization." The witness stated that he saw Gaskarov next to the anarchist column and that he had at least once in the direction of the column, he called for a cordon and go to the Kremlin, but in the end he did not go to a breakthrough, turning to the group of comrades to the right, towards the stage.

Gerasimov added that he had heard from other demonstrators calls not to diverge in any case and that at least two anarchists had tents with him. When the breakthrough began, Gerasimov continued, he was frightened and pressed against the riot police, asking him to protect him.

The witness added that after May 6 he joined the "autonomous action". In the same organization, he said Gaskarov: at one of the meetings it was discussed that "Gaskarov does not pay membership fees."

Meanwhile, the lawyer of the political prisoner Dmitry Dinze denied the testimony of "Gerasimov". “This has never happened,” lawyer told the “facets” - “Autonomous action” is anarchists, Gaskarov is an anti -fascist. He never was in this organization. ”

Gerasimov explained his desire to keep incognito as follows: "Gaskarov has many fanatics. Radical measures can be applied to me up to the murder."

The hearings on the "Swamp Base of four" began on April 24. In addition to Gaskarov, the defendants of the case are nationalist Ilya Gushchin, top manager Alexander Margolin and pensioner Elena Kokhtareva. All of them are charged with part 2 of Article 212 (participation in the riots) and part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code (the application of non -hazardous violence to a representative of the authorities).

Kokhtareva has been under the recognizance not to leave, the rest of the defendants have been contained in jail for more than a year. Gushchin, Margolin and Gaskarov refused to admit guilt. Kokhtareva recognized all the crimes sane, but her case is not considered in a special order.
