Free media tender has opened in the Central House

The Documentary Cinema Center (CDC) introduced a public documentary film media - the first digital collection of archival documentary cinema in Russia. The entrance to the media text is free.

The collection presents the most significant Soviet and Russian documentary films, as well as packages of educational films of international cultural representative offices in Moscow, new news reported.

The collection was prepared with the participation of the Expert Council, which is headed by the President of Kinotavr, Alexander Rodnyansky.

Work on the creation of a media text lasted more than a year. During this time, dozens of paintings by the Central Studio of Documentary Films and the Sverdlovsk film studio were digitized.

In addition, the collection will include materials from the archives of the State Film Fund, the St. Petersburg Documentary Films Studio (formerly LSDF), the film Found Fund “Lenfilm” and “Mosfilm”, including the films of Roman Carmen, Mikhail Romma, Elem Klimov, Efima Teacher, Pavel Kogan, Alexander Sokurov, Semen Aranovich, program work of classics of classics classics. - Dzigi Vertov, Alexander Medvedkin, Mikhail Kalatozov, Friedrich Ermler, military chronicle, paintings by Artavazda Peleshayan, Hertz Frank, Alexander Dovzhenko and Yuris Redeex.

After the opening, the CDC media weed catalog will continue to replenish. The purpose of the project is to create an extensive archive similar to cinematics at the largest European film institutes.
