The transport prosecutor’s office did not find evidence confirming that the State Duma deputy from United Russia Alexander Khinshtein made a drunken brawl on an airplane. According to Interfax, the speaker of the lower house Sergey Naryshkin stated this with reference to the letter from the Prosecutor General’s Office he received the day before.

“The flight attendants, passengers, witnesses were interviewed,” said Naryshkin. “According to the results of the prosecutor’s audit of any administrative offenses, and even more so violations of criminal law (Khinshtein. - Ed.) .”

In addition, the TFR asserted, Khinshtein refused to sit in his place, remaining to stand in the passenger compartment, insulted passengers, threatened the dismissal of the flight attendant, and at the same time warned everyone that it was dangerous to "contact him".

The crew commander signed a warning to Khinshtein about the inadmissibility of violation of the rules of passengers. However, both times when the flight attendant tried to hand this document to the unicorn, he threw it to the floor.
