The Twitter microblogging service denied the conclusion of agreements with Roskomnadzor, which was previously announced on Monday by the head of the department, Alexander Zharov. It is reported by BuzzFeed with reference to the company press secretary.

“The statement (Zharova. - Ed.) Inaccurate,” said the interlocutor of the publication, “since we did not agree to remove accounts (“ Right Sector. ” - Ed.).” The Twitter spokesman also denied a message about the establishment of a special representative in the Dublin office of the company responsible for compliance by the Russian legislation by the company.

Zharov made his statement after the negotiations with Twitter vice president Colin Cronelle after June 23. The official said that the company intends to appoint an employee who will represent Twitter in Russia. Along with this, he added Zharov, an agreement was concluded on the regular contacts of Roskomnadzor with the company's office in Dublin.

The head of Roskomnadzor also said that Crowell agreed in the next few days to remove about 10 new Twitter accounts of the Right Sector. The fact that these accounts are registered outside of Russia will not affect the decision to remove them, the official emphasized.
