The Committee of the Council of the Federation Constitutional Legislation and the regulation committee spoke out for the deprivation of the inviolability of the Senator from the Chelyabinsk region Konstantin Tsybko, Interfax reports . This issue is re -entered at the meeting of the SF, which will be held on the near future. The Prosecutor General’s Office and the Investigative Committee are incriminating a bribe in the amount of 28 million rubles.

A week ago, the SF was already considering the request of the Prosecutor General. However, senators then considered the arguments of the Prosecutor General and the TFR unconvincing. Tsybko himself categorically refuted the accusations against him. He argued that evidence against him was falsified and his rights were repeatedly violated. The speaker of Valentina Matvienko said that, having refused to deprive the immunity of Tsybko, the chamber provided for that "bear service". It was decided to consider the issue after receiving additional materials.

On June 2, the TFR introduced the Federation Council for the deprivation of inviolability of Tsybko . The senators were also asked to give consent to the initiation against the TSAC of the criminal case under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code (receiving a bribe on an especially large amount). The sanction for this crime is from 8 to 15 years in the colony.

During the pre -investigation check, the TFR received preliminary data that in November 2011 - February 2012, Tsybko received from a certain resident Ozersk, Chelyabinsk region, at least 18 million rubles for assistance in the appointment of a city manager. In addition, the Investigative Department is suspected of chill of the fact that in February - May 2012, he received a bribe from a certain businessman in the amount of at least 10 million rubles for "the provision of a general patronage of entrepreneurial activity in the implementation of business projects in the Chelyabinsk region."

The city manager of Ozersk in 2011-2012 was Evgeny Tarasov. He was later arrested on charges of theft from the city budget of 22.4 million rubles. Tarasov made a deal with the investigation and was sentenced to four and a half years of the general regime under part 3 of Article 33 and part 4 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code (organization of embezzlement of entrusted someone else's property). Later, the Chelyabinsk Regional Court reduced a period of six months to the former official.

After the sentence, Tarasov on the Internet published the protocols of his interrogations, at which he admitted that he had committed theft to pay off the chicken. After that, in February 2014, the Deputy Prosecutor General in the Ural Federal District Yuri Ponomarev unofficially stated that high -profile criminal cases, including Tsybko, would open in the region soon.
