ATO headquarters: separatists 44 times violated the ceasefire

Over the past three days, the separatists have violated the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine 44 times, where the military conduct surgery against armed pro -Russian activists.

This was announced by the head of the press service of the anti-terrorist operation Vladislav Seleznev. Six cases of a violation of the ceasefire have been recorded over the past few hours, Seleznev wrote on Facebook. These are the mortar shelling of the Ukrainian military checkpoints on Mount Karachun on the outskirts of Slavyansk and at the intersection of the road to Krasny Liman. The losses among military personnel are not reported. In the city of Anthracite of the Lugansk region, a 10-month-old baby died as a result of a shot from a grenade launcher.

Representatives of the self -proclaimed “Donetsk People’s Republic”, in turn, say that despite the truce, the Ukrainian military, they are preparing to storm Donetsk. There is a battle in the airport area, RIA Novosti reports.

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko ordered the military without hesitation to open fire in response to the attacks of the separatists. He also did not exclude the early abolition of the weekly truce declared on June 20.
