So far, not every day, but once a week, newspapers delight us with the heading "State Duma deputies decided to ban." Further - any word practically. Grow. Swim. Sneakers. Scooters. Mat in the cinema. Breathe on Wednesdays. Say more than three words for an hour. To defile days of military glory. Lace underpants. Canadian bacon. Ukrainian corn beetle. The song "Valenks".
In fact, it is not not interesting to joke about this-it is still not to keep up with a person who, at least somehow, is trying to stay within the framework of the norm, behind the work of obvious mentally ill. (By the way, the deputies decided to provide all Russians with the help of psychologists, and this is not a joke.) You just think about it, for example, or even listen to these sounds - “desecration of days”. Will it occur to you to desecrate days? Or protect days from desecration? You are not, but it was forbidden to defile days of military glory in Russia, and this is now criminally punished.
It is not interesting to joke, but it is interesting to try to figure out why they are doing this. There are two versions of the answer, as popular as the wrong ones (there are two versions, which you choose, what kind of mother you retell - sorry, I can not resist).
Version One: due to the stuffing of ridiculous prohibition initiatives, a media noise is created that distracts society from laws that are really dangerous. Maybe it’s right to write here-for real, because people who reproach us, wretched, for love to talk to the prospects of the prohibition of lace panties, as a rule, are serious to indecent and all their appearance hint that they know about Russia the whole truth.
Do not believe. They do not know anything special. Firstly, as our sad experience shows, it is not allowed to predict that the deputies will still ban and what not. Any, the most ridiculous, the idea in the current Duma can become a law. The sneakers (so far) were not banned, but to defile days - banned. Could the other way around. There is no difference and no logic here.
And (which is more important) secondly, over the past two years, the Duma has adopted a whole bunch of harmful, shameless and simply terrorist laws that practically destroyed civil freedoms in the country. All these laws were violently and abundantly discussed - I testify to unprofitable, as an active participant in violent and abundant discussions. Against one of these laws - the notorious "law of Dima Yakovlev" - even a lot of thousands of procession in Moscow was held. And what? Did it somehow prevent their acceptance? There is no point in “distracting attention” by society - simply because society does not affect power. Anyway, there is still a big question, whether in such sentences to include the word "society" in quotation marks, but we will refrain from this discussion.
Today we prohibit Abu, lampshade, Abaima, Abaku, Abanata and Abbot. Tomorrow we will start with the ban on abbreviation and Abdal.
I will say more: at the current historical moment, the attention of those who call themselves society (imagine?), Any scandalous law is more likely to plus, since it is an important trump card of official propaganda. If neo-fascists, Bandera and national traitors against, then we are doing a good, important, correct business.
The second version is even more absurd. Her adherents are written off on the understandable vanity of little -known deputies. For the thirst for fame-or, in Russian, in PR. To deal with her, try to answer: do you remember the names of those deputies who were going to ban sneakers and heels the other day? You do not remember, and I do not immediately remember, although I, on my duty, for my misfortune, are supposed to know such things.
Well, now, excuse me, “PR”, what a glory, when all the parties stuck in one brown lump and the Duma became like a double -headed eagle. Such, you are sample, Mizulina Yarovaya turned out, and not everyone remembers the existence of Zhirinovsky. But a bright man, noticeable, does not crawl out of the General’s uniform, requires blood - and everything is in vain. What sneakers are there.
In contrast to two insolvent versions, I also have two. The first in its own way is even spectacular, but, or something, some kind of anti-human. Today, the phrase "Russian world" is in fashion. You can write a dissertation about modern interpretations of the concept, and even more so about what he really is. But I will limit myself to a couple of paragraphs.
The ideal world for a person of our culture is the world of order, and the order is equal to the prohibition. Everything should be prohibited in the limit. And this does not mean at all that the Russian person is a natural slave, as Valeria Ilyinichna taught us. Everything is exactly the opposite. Russian man is a natural freedom. He wants to live within absolute order, this order violating his existence. For example, because living is also prohibited where everything is prohibited. Does the Russian person know, for example, that swearing is not good? Of course he knows. A Russian man is being warned when he hears a swearing abuse from the TV.
-Why, ... (here, at best, the word prohibited by Roskomnadzor, denoting a woman of easy behavior, in the worst-something else has more renewed), is this allowed? - The Russian man asks for a fit of righteous anger. And, of course, he is satisfied if “this” is prohibited.
Does this mean that a Russian person does not swear? Well, in general, you yourself understand everything.
You do not believe that we seriously want to forbid you to wear sneakers! Save us!
And now, perhaps, the deputies caught this wave and, as the people's chosen ones are supposed to act in accordance with the folk aspirations, simply spontaneously and is unsystematic. They rush, not knowing what to choose. To defeat chaos, it is enough to choose one that is trained (there are more than four hundred there are probably also competent ones), and give it an explanatory dictionary. The investigator of the dictionary will make a career, and the meetings of the parliament will acquire the form of a good. Just imagine - the speaker climbs the rostrum and announces:
- Dear colleagues, today we prohibit Abu, Abazhur, Abaima, Abaku, Abanata and Abbot. Tomorrow we’ll start work with the ban on abbreviation and Abdal.
In the Duma, the world, in the deputies of favor. And not just the world, but Russian, I repeat, the world.
Well, the second version that seems to me more humane. You look at these people. With the exception of a few asset, inflamed from dissatisfaction with the imperfection of the universe of the universe, Mizulina Yarovo, all of them are experienced, successful, pink, sleek empty places. They went to the Duma to stamp the bills sent from the administration, which no one - neither they, nor we read, never read, to eat sweetly and sleep tightly, sampling in between food and sleeping from corporate lobbyists. The matter is boring, of course, but pleasant in its own way. And then suddenly something cracked, and they were forced to adopt laws under the angry hooting of newspapers, allowing people to put people in prison for sneezing and choral singing.
But they are not animals. They are kind in the soul, just cowardly. Of course, they can’t refuse - it’s scary, but, having rejoiced under the cameras, the fascism, fascism, which raises his head, and the threat from the countries of the sunset, go and write their own bills. One is more absurd.
Every stupid ban is a distress signal. You understand, the chosen ones say to the people: this is not us. Maybe here, of course, people are modest, but we don’t want troubles. We were forced. You do not believe that we seriously want to forbid you to wear sneakers! Save us!
Deputies, as they can, pray for help. And the people are habitually silent and moves just in case to the stalls of merchants - for the future to buy lace panties.
