In the fall in the village of Bolshaya Boldino, the ninth international multimedia festival "Living Word" will be held. Its participants will be the finalists of the newly starting competition for journalists, writers, as well as just experts and lovers of the Russian language.
The founder and permanent leader of the Living Word festival, the television journalist and producer Nina Zvereva admits:
- I am Nizhny Novgorod, this is my land, and I was always jealous of Mikhailovsky. It seemed to me that it was unfair - there are streams of people, but here it is not, but Pushkin wrote everything great in Boldino. Mikhailovskoye, of course, does not fly, but this is not the point. Once the festival was conceived because I wanted to show Boldino people, to give the opportunity to touch this place. I have such a slogan: a trip to Pushkin in a good company. You see, it is not enough to scold journalists for the fact that they are illiterate, you need to give them instruments, give them the opportunity to rise to another level. And I like to make it so that if a person has won in some kind of nomination of the competition, then so that he did not think about anything at all, but only enjoyed his studies. Here I have just such a festival. There are few winners, there are only 45 people in all nominations, but they go to Pushkin in a good company and for free. And then we have there, I would say so, a binge of study begins. Because there I give the best professors of the Russian language and literature, the best journalists for 20 minutes, 30 minutes for performances, we write "Boldinsky dictations", we conduct storytellers.
- The Living Word festival has been held for many years. Can you trace the language of Russian journalism on the work of the contestants? Are there any trends, are they guessing?
- Of course, I have a lot of ambitions, but they do not reach such limits that I think that the festival can change the level of journalism, in particular literacy. The guides just come to us, and they are charged due to their capabilities. Someone is really charged and ready to convey this charge further, but someone is not, and this is also normal. Nevertheless, since almost always new people come here, I think the festival influenced some trends. For example, that it is useful to write dictations, because we have a nomination “Text for the Boldin Dictation” - they offer their original text for the competition, and the dictation is already written at the festival.
Even now, many understand that the journalist should be a narrator and that the spoken language remains conversational even when you write, and not just in oral speech. When people read, they must hear the author’s voice. Now it seems correct. So many things are happening with the word! If we talk about our time, then it seems to me that if you do not know how to speak fun, simple and short, then it’s better not to speak. Fun, simple and short - it requires effort. I read all the things of Churchill, it turns out that a hundred years ago he thought about it. He came out in front of a large audience and

He said that England loves everyone, but she cannot marry everyone. This was the first phrase during the war, and everyone laughed. When they said: "Great Winston, so many people come to you to listen to your speech, twice as much as you expect, are you probably happy about this?" - He answered: "Yes, but I do not forget that I would have come a hundred times more to my hanging." This is very fashionable now, and I teach this. In the sense that I just say: forget the words forever - unique, special, good, famous. In general, adjectives need to be forgotten, now is the time of nouns. "Night. Street. Lanter. Pharmacy ..." Nouns allow you to spend less time and say much more. Because nouns are details.
- You said - the time of nouns. As you know, the noun is static, this is a statement. But you did not say that the time of the verb, that is, the time of action.
- I always propose to end verbs. And you need to find this verb. The verb is always an impulse to action, and this is always, of course, last: let's do it, let's go so ... But the speech built on verbs is imperative, it turns off the mind in people. We must look for nouns, we must look for details.
- Glory to progress, now a lot appears on the sites, and then even diverges on social networks - radio and television here are no exception. And journalists have the opportunity to imagine the addressee, because now you can leave your comments, conduct discussions, and so on. This is all, on the one hand, absolutely wonderful. On the other hand, I have recently become especially often encountered with trolling. How to behave to the author of the publication when the discussion goes into a completely different plane? And the meaning of your article is no longer important to anyone, but does an ugly scandal, a border, and so on begins?
- I know this problem. Sometimes you are simply amazed at how people cling to some phrase that has nothing to do with the essence, and then discuss it exclusively, or even go to persons. I think that we can’t do anything about it, and the author, when he sees it, should not even respond and respond to it. In the comments there will certainly be one or two sensible texts related to the topic. And I believe that if, for example, some comment that goes beyond the borders appears, then it would be nice if it goes
Sometimes you are simply amazed at how people cling to some phrase that has nothing to do with the essence, and then discuss it exclusively or generally passes into persons
We are talking, for example, about Facebook, to remove this person. When it is rudeness, it should be punishable. And when these people are incomprehensible, people who are focused on themselves, well, what to do, people are different ... You must be more merciful, and if you wrote something or said, not everyone must agree with you. I know that people sometimes think not like me, but I try my best to listen to what they think, and think why they think so, and how, at least, to respect their opinion. Only, I repeat, if this is not expressed in boorish form. So what is trolling to me? I peep down from top to bottom and I think: it is necessary ... But still, there are a thousand times more good people than bad people. And from him, too, someday something will be born, from this trolling.
“But what can be born from such an unsightly phenomenon?”
- If these trolls, who play mucks like a ball, expect from you that you will go down to them, and you are not doing this, this is a lesson. This is still a way to influence people. I believe that people can be influenced.
