Oscar Tabares left the FIFA Committee

The head coach of Uruguay, Oscar Tabares, decided to put the powers of a member of the FIFA Strategic Committee as a sign of a decision in the case of the striker Luis Suarez, who bitten the defender of the Italian team Georgio Kellini.
