The New Gazeta continues to study the list of secretly awarded Russian citizens who took an active part in the recent Crimean events (see the beginning in No. 64 of June 16, 2014) , which was at the disposal of the editorial office. We managed to contact some of the certified medals and honorary letters. As it turned out, at the end of February, almost 200 people were transferred to the Yalta military boarding house in an atmosphere of increased secrecy, and Franz Klintsevich, head of the Russian Union of Afghanistan Veterans (RSVA), acted as a “guide”.

Recall the chronology of events. On February 21, 2014 , the overthrown President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych hastily left Kiev and went to the Crimea. Then he mysteriously ended up on a special process in Barvikha.

On February 25, President Putin called the Council of Council of the Russian Federation and discussed the situation in Ukraine.

On February 28, 170 Russian citizens from among former Afghans, boxers, bikers, members of military-patriotic clubs and fighters of security structures were delivered to Sevastopol from the IL-76 RA 76 RA military number (IL-76 RA 76599). Further on the Sevastopol vessel they were secretly transported to Yalta and settled in the military sanatorium of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation "Yalta". The day before, Ukrainian journalists recorded two Ural military trucks with Russian military personnel (license plate 0225 Nm 90, 0217 Nm 90), who drove into the sanatorium and began to protect the facility. Headed by Russian machine gunners a man in civilian clothes: he constantly talked on a cell phone and was very nervous.

According to one of the "special tourists" who asked not to name his name, deputy Klintsevich (No. 1 in the award list) on the move carried out political information in the sanatorium. The deputy said that the situation in the Crimea is very alarming: the peninsula was allegedly flooded with agents of Western intelligence, and from a minute to the arrival of militants from the "Right Sector" is expected.

Then, according to the “special tourist”, they were asked to carefully collect data on the movement of the Ukrainian army and instructed how to campaign among Crimeans and what to do in the event of a sharp change in the situation.

Part of the "vacationers" was divided into groups of 15-20 people and sent to different cities and villages of autonomy. Others were assigned to protect the impressive delegation from the State Duma, SF and the Public Chamber who arrived in Crimea.

In addition to gathering intelligence, “businessmen”, according to them,, under the guise of local residents, took part in the capture of Ukrainian military units and administrative buildings, gave “correct” interviews to television, guarded pro -Russian rallies and “neutralized” dissatisfied. For example, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation United Russia Dmitry Galochkin (49th in the list of awarded), who headed a group of 27 choopers, posted on the Internet a video of beating a man who advocated the integrity of Ukraine in Yalta.

Judging by the video, Galochkin used a trip to the Crimea and for the passing PR of the union “Non -governmental security union” (NSB) he headed, he appeared everywhere in the Black Papaha with the NSB banner and chanted: “Glory to Russia!” (After the release of the first article in Novaya Gazeta, the video was urgently deleted from the site) . After returning to Moscow, Mr. Galochkin gathered a press conference "On the need to provide services to Russian security organizations to provide services abroad." And now, having in the hands of the “medal for the Crimea” and gratitude from the president, he is actively lobbying for this profitable topic in high offices.

On March 16, a referendum was held in Crimea.

On March 18, “special teams” on the IL-18 of the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation returned to Moscow (Domodedovo Airport). Some of those who previously served in “hot spots” immediately went to Donetsk, Kharkov and Lugansk. According to some reports, in Donetsk, the ex-director of the Prioksky reserve Andrei Ivonin is also fighting on a federal wanted list for embezzlement on a waste. The former Afghanistan has established itself well in the Crimea, and recently it seemed to be noticed surrounded by the so -called Minister of Defense of the DPR Igor Girkin (Strelkov).

On March 25 and 26, the orders and medals “For Crimea” were handed over to the presidential administration and prominent members of United Russia and Patriots of Russia.

On May 14, in the cultural center of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in Moscow, the not -covered public awarding ceremony of the “special teams”, accompanied by a banquet, was held. The head of the Presidential Directorate for Public Projects Pavel Zenkovich and Franz Klintsevich acted as the “Tamad”: they presented the gathered “Gratitude Letters” from the President of the Russian Federation (dated March 31, 2014) and the medal “For the Reunification of Crimea” (Order of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation No. 220 of April 17, 2014). But to preserve in the absolute secret “Specialtor” to the Crimea and the awarding ceremony of dozens of people failed: numerous photos and videos of “vacationers” appeared on social networks. The co -workers of the deputy Klintsevich on Afghanistan were especially violated by the laws of conspiracy: a former employee of the Afghan intelligence services of Khostai Mubarakh Shah (number in the list of awarded 47) and a resident of Bryansk Valery Golubauskas (No. 139), who on a popular site created a photo album “Excursion to the Crimea” and, in addition to other things, posted a photo of weapons and ammunition, Which the “excursionists” apparently took with them.

Details of the “excursions” were tried to find out the journalists of the Rain television channel, inviting Klintsevich to the studio (air of 04/10/2014). The television program turned out to be funny: to the presenter’s question, as the deputy at the right time ended up in the Crimea, he said: “On February 26 he arrived in the Crimea for rest and did not plan anything.” Then, however, he recovered: they say, "a visit to Yalta was preparing a year and a half, and they arrived to transfer money to the operation to their combat comrade." Then, after a pause, he voiced another version: supposedly "he could not leave Crimea and stuck in a boarding house."

But on the video posted on the Internet, a member of the Public Chamber Galochkin, you can clearly see how the “stuck” deputy conducts briefing in the presence of one and a half hundred “special tourists”, and then gives a long interview with the capital's film crew: “This is a humanitarian action related to the establishment of contacts, support and assistance. The Afghans parted to different parts of the Crimea, where they meet with disabled people, lay flowers and establish contacts. But the main task is to prevent the destructive ” (video is removed from the site).

As a matter of fact, the deputy Klintsevich is not used to moving away from direct answers, and, apparently, not by chance, his candidacy for “laying flowers” ​​was chosen in the Crimea. In Afghanistan, he served in the Hameleon special group as senior instructor of the political department. The tasks of this unit included the collection of intelligence, negotiating with the commanders of the Mujahideen and the heads of the tribes. Usually everything went like this: artillery and troops were pulled to the village, and then special propagandist Klintsevich in national Afghan clothing and with the aforementioned “translator” Mubarak Khostay began negotiations.

An open letter was published on the Internet to the deputy Klintsevich, writer Alla Smolina, who has been restoring benefits for civilian women who were in 1979-1989 for several years as part of a limited contingent of the Soviet Army in Afghanistan. The “Afghanists” died along with men, undermined mines, died from infectious diseases and were captured by the Dushmans (only 65 women died through the USSR Ministry of Defense in Afghanistan). Mrs. Smolina, who spent 3 years in Afghanistan, meticulously collects information about civilian women and wrote several books about the fate of these women. And therefore, when in 2006 the deputy of the Unoross Klintsevich, together with his one-partyists, voted to abolish the benefits of the “Afghanams” (Law No. 122-FZ dated December 29, 2006), could not remain silent and made an appeal. Here is a passage from a letter by Smolina: “It seems that all those who were in the war are equal, but the benefits of the Afghanka are selected. Like, there is no money in the state treasury for Russian "Afghanas". In poor Ukraine - there is money, in ruined Moldova - scrapped, just did not find in Russia.

Think! They cut off the benefits of women who often performed the same duties as the military! For example, the special propagandist of the political department Masha Ivanova: she traveled to the Afghan villages, conducted explanatory work among the local population, just like the “main Afghan of Russia” - a special propagandist of the political department F.A. Klintsevich! Only Masha risked more, because she did not have weapons - which of the locals began to speak with an armed woman? Bottom line: Franz Klintsevich is a war veteran, but Masha is not. ”

But back to the secret award list, which suggests that the “excursionists” were typed in the Crimea in a big hurry, so they were among them several previously convicted persons like Denis Podmkin (in the list No. 40) and Viktor Keller (No. 142). Recall: Podmkin, who was conditionally convicted, in October last year he made an armed raid on the Orthodox Church, and Keller participated in the sensational robbery of the General Director of Culture and abducted a valuable jewelry collection in the amount of 21 million rubles (see the New Gazeta, No. 64 of June 16, 2014).

In the list of "gentlemen" we found a resident of the Vladimir region Vyacheslav Pechersk (No. 41). As it turned out, in October 2013, the Pechersk people were freed from IK-6 in the Vladimir region, where he served a prison term for the murder and inflorescence of serious bodily harm . It was not possible to find out who exactly the criminal killed and crippled, but it is known that in the zone he had “54 penalties and placed 24 times into the penalty.” After serving the punishment of the Pechersky, they put on strict administrative supervision for a period of 3 years and categorically banned to leave the Vladimir region, as well as "visit cafes, bars, restaurants and other public catering places, in which strong alcoholic beverages are released." I wonder how a person who is under strict administrative supervision was able to penetrate on board the military aircraft and leave the limits of not only the Vladimir region, but at that time and Russia?

In addition to prominent members of the EP, boxers, fighters of security structures and criminals, there are other curious characters in the award list. A lot of "night wolves" awarded from the bike club, conducting active propaganda work in Crimea. Among them are those “wolves”, whose surnames appeared in the criminal case about a skirmish on the basis of the “Three Roads” motorcycle club in Zelenograd. The “friendly visit” of the wards of Alexander Zaldostanov (surgeon) ended sadly: the “wolf” from Sevastopol Valery Pass (Bely) was killed, another “wolf” - Alexei Yaroshevich - was wounded in the hand (in award list under No. 160).

In addition to the healing wounds of Yaroshevich, the medals “For Crimea” and thanks from the president were awarded to bikers Denis Kuznetsov (No. 149), Yuri Volkov (No. 159), Sergey Ryemovsky (No. 156), Alexander Baytenkov (No. 150).

The awards were also presented to two heads of the Volk security holding Gennady Nikulov (No. 143) and Vyacheslav Stegalov (No. 144). The main security of the surgeon-Nikulov gained fame in 1997: when trying to extort the President of Pasifik-M, Irina S. was detained with the barrel (Browning No. 9206701, the production of Hungary). And in 1998, Stegalov, being a senior lieutenant of the police of the SAO Internationalaches, in a Dolgoprudny on the personal Mercedes shot down a pedestrian to death.

The personality of another “excursion” - a resident of Noginsk Yegor Fedorsov (No. 185) raises a lot of questions. According to some reports, Fedortsov is the current officer of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, but actively cooperates with the right -wing groups “Bright Rus'” and “Reserve”, whose members repeatedly carried out the so -called “anti -immigrant” raids in the center of the capital and brutally beat out visitors. Judging by the active correspondence on the network, the radicals several times illegally crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border and delivered medicines and equipment to Lugansk (photos and videos are available in the editorial office). During one such trip, they “expropriated” the Land Rover car, owned by the border service of Ukraine. And, as one of the Naziks boasted in the correspondence, I quote: "... on the border we established good contacts with the guys from the FSB and fulfilled their requests a couple of times."
