Yandex.Money launched a transfer service without registration

On June 3, Internet users will be able to make money transfers or replenish a credit card via Yandex.Money without creating an electronic wallet, Kommersant reports with reference to the representative of the System Nadezhda Kiyatkin.

According to Kiyatkina, it will be necessary to indicate only information about the card and email, as well as the recipient card number and the transfer amount. A commission will be charged for the service: on the site - 1.95%, through a mobile application - 1.9%.

Thus, the business payment system business reduces its dependence on restrictions on electronic money legislation, the system representative explained. On May 16, a ban on transfers from anonymous accounts entered into force, which led to a slight decrease in activity in transfers between wallets. Yandex.Money hopes that the development of payments without registration with identified sources of funds, that is, cards and mobile phones, this year compensates for this decrease.
