
The authorities of the self -proclaimed "Donetsk People’s Republic" arrested "the chairman of the Supreme Council of Vladimir Makovich. This was stated by "Deputy Prime Minister" Andrei Purgin, reports ITAR-TASS.
Makovich "is suspected of involvement in the situation led to the death of a Russian journalist, Channel One Operator Anatoly Turn, Purgin noted. According to him, Makovich will remain in custody "until the degree of his guilt is clarified."
On Monday night , 68-year-old bears received a deadly bullet wound near one of the military units in Donetsk. The journalists' trip was organized there by the DPR authorities. Colleagues in a passing car brought him to the nearest first -aid post, but the doctors were powerless.

Jemal went to the unit by taxi with the employees of the LifeNews television channel. A few minutes after they got out of the car, from the part of the unit they opened fire. Jemal and the rest lay by the side of the road and crawled to the ravine.
Later, a bus drove up, in which there was the bulk of the journalists. According to Jemal, he immediately fell under dense fire. It was then that he was injured by the beam. In addition, the bus driver was wounded.
