In Ukraine, the case of the financing of terrorism has been instituted against Dmitry Kiselev.

The Security Service of Ukraine revealed involvement in the financing of the terrorism of the organization, which is led by the general director of the Russia's news agency today, TV presenter Dmitry Kiselev. This was stated by the head of the SBU Valentin Nalyvaichenko, the league reports .

According to Nalvaichenko, financing of terrorism in eastern Ukraine is carried out with the help of Russian banks, as well as former Ukrainian officials.

"Another component that we documented is financing, including through the International Press Institute, which is headed by Mr. Kiselev, who is so vile and boldly commenting on, and in fact, twists information from Ukraine. Including this institution financing separatist organizations," Nalyvaichenko said. According to him, criminal proceedings under the article on the financing of terrorism are opened against Kiselev.

The security service identifies the accounts of such organizations together with the Gosfinmonitoring, and they close for one or two hours, the head of the SBU said. "Frozen accounts do not mean that the investigation is terminated," he said.

In addition, the SBU opened criminal proceedings against the head of the border service of the FSB of Russia Vladimir Kulishov. "Criminal proceedings have begun together with evidence and interrogations of detained agents, including the FSB. We find out the investigative way and will incriminate the financing and support of terrorism in our territory, the illegal transportation of weapons to use terrorist organizations in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions," Nalyvaichenko said.

On March 21, Kiselev was included in the sanctions list of the European Union .

On December 8, Ukrainian journalist Vitaliy Sedyuk, during a direct inclusion from Independence Square in Kiev , burst into the frame of the Russia 24 television channel and, holding out Oscar's fake figurry to the correspondent, asked to pass it on to Kiselev "for lies and nonsense about Euromaidan." Earlier, the media scandal provoked Kiselev’s statement that it was necessary to "dig the hearts of homosexuals as unusual for continuing another life."
