Appendix "Vedomosti. Friday ”was published since May 2006 every week on Fridays. It published announcements of cultural events in Moscow and St. Petersburg - concerts, performances, exhibitions - as well as materials about fashion, food, house, travel, and cars. The declared circulation in Moscow was 50,000 copies.

In addition to Vedomosti, the Sanoma Independent Media ID issues Russian versions of Cosmopolitan , Esquire , Harper's Bazaar magazines.

In October last year, the Finnish media group Sanoma began negotiations with potential buyers of its Russian assets.
