Thanks to Mr. Makarov’s initiative, an article may appear in the Tax Code that legislates the rule used in arbitration practice on abuse of taxpayer rights - it is interpreted as actions and transactions with the main goal of reducing taxes or obtaining illegal deductions. Andrei Makarov is confident that the innovations will only affect fly-by-night companies and will not affect conscientious taxpayers
