Instagram competitions accepting applications

Until September 30, there is a reception for a competition, the winners of which will take part in the All -Russian exhibition of pictures taken using the Instagram mobile application.

The Instaart-2014 exhibition will be held from October 8 to November 8 at the Vauxhall Center art center.

In 2013, the Instaart exhibition became part of the program of the 5th Moscow Biennale of Contemporary Art. This year, the organizers spend it with a new topic: "Russia through Instagram filters." The competition is accepted by Instagram -the time of everything that is associated with Russia -both in Russia and beyond.

In order to take part in the Instaart contest, you need to take a picture and put it on Instagram with a hashtag #wide_russia . The competition is attended by pictures taken from May 30 to September 30, 2014.

The collected photos will be evaluated by a professional jury and selected for display at the exhibition and participate in the final part of the competition.

The work of the contestants will be evaluated in various categories, such as “nature”, “people and faces”, “architecture”, “sights”, “national rite or custom”, “our capital”, “small homeland”, “Russia in the world”, “unusual”. The authors of the best works will be awarded valuable prizes.
