In Moscow, the security forces abducted a resident of the Kuzbass city of Prokopyevsk Vera Shikhova, who conducted an unlimited picket at the presidential administration, defending the rights of her son Alexander, a former miner, who became a disabled person due to the most severe production injuries. This was reported to the "faces" in the revolutionary working party.

Around 15:00 Thursday, the police detained Shikhov at the reception of the department, where she came to submit documents confirming the injuries of her son. The picket was delivered to OP "Kitay-Gorod". There, the police told Shikhova that she was detained for transfer to Prokopyevsk as a defendant. They showed her appropriate paper, in which, however, it was not indicated in what case the Shakhtar’s mother was held accountable. Previously, she did not receive any judicial summons.

At about 16:00, six people, who presented the bailiffs from Prokopyevsk, put Shikhov in a passenger car and took away in an unknown direction. Asnoted by the ATS-Info, several of these six were dressed in a civilian one.

Since then, there is no information about the whereabouts of the stolen.

In June - December 2013, Shikhova, a disabled person of the group II, already picketed the presidential administration, living in a neighboring square near the monument to the heroes of Plevna. In early July 2014, she resumed the unlimited picket at the AP, since the officials, contrary to promises, satisfied her requirements not in full.

On July 1, she transferred her statement to the department and notified the beginning of a new action. After that, Shikhov stopped passing into the reception room. She also submitted to the Ministry of Labor a complaint about violation of the medical and social expert commission (ICEC) of the definitions of disability in the case of her son. For the answer, Shakhtar’s mother was not invited to come.

Periodically, duty patrols drove up to the picket and the informants approached, trying to find out her intentions. In early July, a car Zapak was on duty next to her. The police later warned Shikhov that pickets were allowed only until 22:00. Shakhtar’s mother obeyed and the poster with an appeal to Vladimir Putin began to clean up at night.

On June 20, when Shikhova left for Moscow, an unknown attacker at the station in Novosibirsk, who followed her for some time, robbed her, tearing out a bag of documents - both personal and those that she brought to the capital.

The police opened a criminal case on the fact of robbery and issued a Shikhova certificate of the loss of a passport. Meanwhile, the railway agreed to deliver Shakhtar’s mother to Prokopyevsk, but categorically refused to bring her Moscow. She spent several days at the Novosibirsk station.

The Miner’s mother reached the Peretniki, fearing interference from the side of Prokopyevsky officials to Novosibirsk. On June 12, Alexander Shikhov was called to the city Internal Affairs Directorate . There, a number of officials held a conversation with him, including the mayor of Prokopyevsk Valery Garanin and the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate Yuri Yukhnevich. They told the former Shakhtar that if Shikhova again went to Moscow, then a three -room apartment allocated by Shikhov after picketing his mother of the presidential administration would be taken away, and they would be removed from both disability.

In addition, officials threatened to initiate a criminal case against the head of the ISEC against Shihova. This commission, also convened as a result of Shikhova’s trip, appropriated the III disability group with a crippled Shakhtar. In addition, doctors refused to recognize Shikhov’s disability by the result of production injury, indicating in the documents “Disability for a General Disease”. At the same time, most of the submitted documents, including on the injuries of the spine, MSEC did not even study.

Shikhov said that on June 16 his mother was called in the Internal Affairs Directorate in order to take away from her a lower -off wizard.

On the appointed day, Shakhtar's mother also appeared in the Internal Affairs Directorate . The same officials, including the mayor, began to threaten Shihova for communications with certain nationalists, despite the fact that she had no affairs of any of the nationalists. She was also promised to initiate a case for “cruelty” with MSEC members, saying that she threatened them with reprisal.

Alexander Shikhov worked at the Ziminka mine. There, as a result of the accident that occurred due to the fault of the administration, he received seven fractures in the thoracic spine, traumatic brain injury, traumatic brain disease, a stroke, a hernia, rupture of ligaments on both sides of the left knee joint. Now the former miner is almost incapable of independent movement and is completely incapable of work. At the same time, he refused to compensate for the harm done to health and paying for treatment at the expense of the employer.

June 17, 2013 Shikhova began pickets with the presidential administration. Initially, she was not noticed; Then the police began to detain her and beat her.

On December 19, before the start of a large press conference of Vladimir Putin Shikhov, they detained and delivered to OP "Kitay-Gorod". In the evening of the same day, the police robbed her, taking her tent and all warm things. The next day, early in the morning they took the fact that the citizens brought her in return for the abducted: two sleeping bags, mattress and thermos. The police explained their actions by the fact that Shikhova has no right to "build illegal buildings." However, the picket and after that remained to sit on the bench in the square.

On December 23, two employees of the City Hall Prokopyevsk and one official of the administration of the Kemerovo region were at Shikhova. They handed the picket to a guarantee letter with an obligation to satisfy all its requirements, as well as a plane ticket to Kuzbass. In the evening of the same day, Shikhov flew to her homeland along with officials.
