Ivan Starikov announced the transition of Sibeko from Mikhail Abyzov to Iskander Makhmudov

The Minister of the Russian Federation on Open Government, Mikhail Abyzov, who is considered the Benfucker of Sibeko OJSC, may give control over the company co-owner of Kuzbass Razrazugol OJSC Iskander Makhmudov, said the vice-mayor of Novosibirsk, Ivan Starikov, emphasizing that the transaction is still being discussed at the level of rumors.

Recall, Sibeko is the successor of Novosibirskenergo (in its structures, the acting Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities of the Novosibirsk Region Denis Vershinin worked earlier) and is a member of the RU-Com group, whose board of officials headed Abyzov.
