
Mikhail Kosenko was released, found guilty of participating in the riots on Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012 and in the application of violence to a representative of the authorities, dangerous to life and health.
According to the OVD-Info , Kosenko was sent home from a psychiatric hospital No. 5, where he was, by decision of the Zamoskvoretsky court, who sentenced him in October 2013 to forced psychiatric treatment.
On June 11, 2014, the Chekhov City Court decided to replace for Mikhail Kosenko treatment in a hospital with forced outpatient surveillance with treatment with a psychiatrist.
The verdict of the twelve accused in the “swamp case” was announced in the Zamoskvoretsky court on February 24, 2014. All of them were found guilty, 11 people were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment.
