The court decided to send the publicist to a stationary psychiatric examination, but he disappeared from the authorities . Nevertheless, two months later, the FSB detained Kryukov in the Nizhny Novgorod region, after which he was placed in a psychiatric hospital for a month. In 2010, the court found Kryukov guilty and fined it for 100 thousand rubles. The publicist refused to pay a fine for fundamental reasons.
