The headquarters of Maria Gaidar and Maxim Katz coped with the task. At the last moment , Olga Romanova passed the signature to the election room . Nikolai Lyaskin, Vera Kichanova, Ilya Yashin, Vladimir Milov, Vladislav Naganov, Maxim Motin, Andrey Bystrov and others left the distance. Konstantin Yankauskas, who is under house arrest, was not even allowed before the stage of collection of signatures.
