The Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia applied to the French supervisory authority with a request for legal assistance in criminal cases, in which she asks to arrest the property hiding from the investigation of the former Finance Minister of the Moscow Region Alexei Kuznetsov and ex-heads of the Bank of Moscow Andrei Borodin and Dmitry Akulinin. Only the cost of two Crystal and Pralong hotels located in a popular French resort and belonging, according to the investigation, Alexei Kuznetsov and his ex -wife Zhanna Bullock, are estimated at 100 million euros. The list of property, whose arrest in Moscow, also includes villas of the former president of the Bank of Moscow and his deputy.

The prosecutor's office of the Savoy Department confirmed the receipt of such a request from Russia, noting that they are studying it. If French prosecutors consider it justified, they can go to court to decide on the arrest of property of hiding Russians.
